First time visiting the Fulwood branch, Katie who did my massage - Pinks Power Massage, was lovely, and the foot soak to start off was very relaxing. She took the time to explain the treatment, I was offered a choice of massage oil to pick from (they all smelt divine by the way) the surroundings were very calming and relaxing, candlelight adds to the relaxing atmosphere (who wants bright lights when they are having a pamper) - how they should be for a relaxing pampering treatment. I will definitely be back for more treatments, in fact I have a Glow Be Gorgeous booked for just before my holiday, really looking forward to it, and no doubt another massage will be booked for my returnService: Massage

This was my first time at the beauty retreat and it certainly won?t be the last. If I could give more stars I would! Absolutely amazing service, the girls were super friendly and professional. If you are looking to book a treatment here just go ahead and do it you will not regret it!! For reference I had the Power Peel & Dermalux LED , The "Out Of This World" Massage with Barbara and Katie. It was it of this world! ?? Thank you for such a lovely afternoon girls!

I have a monthly facial the the Beauty Retreat and it is an amazing , ultimate pampering experience!Katy at the Fulwood location is lovely and makes the whole experience super relaxing.

Had a massage treatment by Katie, who was sweet and absolutely lovely. It was a welcoming and calm environment, she also had a very calming voice which added to the good vibe. I left feeling so much lighter and less tense. Will definitely be coming back!

I visited for the first time this week and had the January indulgent escape 1 hour treatment. I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the salon - it?s gorgeous! My therapist Barbara was lovely and so knowledgeable and my treatment was fantastic - I think I fell asleep 3 times ? I can?t wait to come back. What a find!!

I visited the Beauty Retreat for the first time today and it definitely won't be the last. I had the Pinks Boutique Eco-Chic Pedicure. The atmosphere and the treatment was truly amazing. It was so relaxing, just perfect. Thank you Katie, I'll definitely be seeing you again.

Had a Skin Fit Facial at Fulwood on Friday. Staff are so friendly and attentive. The Facial was wonderful and my skin looks and feels fantastic. I was so relaxed afterwards too.Have booked another Facial next month.

I?ve been having regular facials with Cindy for a few years now, and they?re awesome. Her one downside is that she?s too popular, and so if I ever feel like booking a treatment on a whim, I struggle to get in.Well, she?s got a solution for that! Enter the new salon in Fulwood, offering some of the same treatments we all know and love, but also some different ones. And, with therapists expertly trained in Cindy?s meticulous ways it really does feel like the original Beauty Retreat Organic Day Spa. So far, I?ve had the pleasure of an Organic Youth Juice Facial with Katie and the Pinks Boutique Power Massage with Barbara and both were bliss! Executed to perfection, the seamless balance of relaxation and results, both times I left feeling amazing. I?m chuffed for Cindy that after so much hard work she has created the perfect environment with two exceptional therapists. Go and try it for yourself (and then buy your loved ones a gift voucher for Christmas), you can thank me later ?

Excellent service from the ladies working the Beauty Retreat. I booked the wrong treatment for my skin, but the ladies suggested an alternative which was much better suited for what I wanted to achieve. They also gave me some great advise on my skin.
