I don't think I have ever had such appalling service anywhere before. We were sat at a table that was filthy, ketchup smeared all over. We had to chase up the child's drink order three times before it was eventually brought over. Starter plates were not cleared when the mains were brought over. Speaking of the mains, apparently it's possible for a burger to be burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. Trying to get the attention of the waitress was like trying to hold water in your hands. We waited 40 minutes to pay our bill whilst being ignored throughout. Eventually caught the attention of someone who said they would be right over, took another 15 minutes. Will not be back!

Extremely disappointed, went in this evening and was seated straight away which was good, only we were seated in the outside of the restaurant where there was only one other table. What I didn?t realise is we had been seated in an area where you are shunned from the rest of the restaurant and not served. Another couple soon arrived and there order was taken quite promptly where as my partner and myself had been sat there for at least 10 minutes without even having our drinks order taken, the restaurant wasn?t even that busy and i?m not surprised. another 10 minutes pass and i?m fed up as the other couples food who arrived after us had been brought out! hardly any staff coming to this particular area of the restaurant, i know it?s difficult working in hospitality as i have myself previously but this was disappointing!! we went to frankie?s and bennies where we had our order taken straight away! will not be returning to this restaurant again all the staff seem to be away with the fairies and not a care in the world! this is a shame as my partner and I do enjoy TGIs but this has put me off!

Very disappointing. Table and seats were sticky. Main courses took forever to arrive. When it did finally arrive, my burger was cold and had to be sent back. The replacement burger took another twenty minutes to arrive, by which time my party had finished eating! An apology was given but nothing else.

Server was perfect. Atmosphere was lovely. Food manly ok but quality does not reflect the price. Loaded fries came microwaved in a hot bowl but contents cold. Had sick burps all night. Won't be going to a TGI again.

Really poor customer service. Waiting time was so long when no one was at the bar with bar staff just sat around. No table service and staff didn?t speak to us when giving the bill. Won?t be returning. Very disappointed.

The girl in the minion crocs
The one waitress with minion crocs was absolutely lovely as well as the swift and smooth experience we had. Really enjoyed the food as well cooked beautifully. The food was made better by the smiling face of the waitress serving us and the attentiveness she showed to us and our table! I recommend this to anyone who wants a lovely evening meal! As a side note the minion crocs put a smile on our sons face and showed a fun side to the workplace which was even more inviting!!

Cannot commend all the staff enough! My partner and I were hate crimed by some ignorant customers and all the staff were so supportive, namely Chloe and Mel who were the ones that had the main contact with our table, but all staff were so lovely!
Food was amazing as well, and the atmosphere from all the staff and the rest of the customers was so loving towards us and non-judgemental. It?s just a shame there are some bigoted people in this world, but all the staff should be incredibly proud of themselves for making us two feel so supported and seen ??

Me and my partner got verbally hate crimed by horrible customers.
The staff handled this perfectly especially Chloe and Mel. All staff there deserve the best and they were so nice and apologetic even though it wasn?t their fault.
The food was also great, just unfortunate that the other customers (one table) was vermin.

The fact the restaurant was empty at peak time should have been a red flag. The advert on their tables encourages you to download the app to get deals and discounts, yet they do not load with their WiFi, so you can't use them. Then they offer a £25 off offer, which did not say on the advert about having to spend over a certain amount (I have evidence of this). Contacted them afterwards regarding this and sent to proof, only for them to send an updated version which details the 'over £100 spend'... Won't ever be going back here, plus the food was barely average.

Girl in the minion crocs
Awfully rude verbally and so inconsiderate of me and my girlfriend sat waiting for food she couldn?t even ask us what drinks we wanted while sat for 25 min waiting after she said only be 15 min .
I find this absolutely ridiculous and Inconsiderate . really bad staff and she presented her self like a joke with the crocs she was wearing while at work , I am aware it?s not a 5 star restaurant however she needs too look in the mirror or be told straight by her higher ups as she has no right to walk around in minion crocs which nearly made my poor girlfriends eyes bleed , not to start on how she is totally disgusting too look at how dare she be aloud to work around food with her extremely grufty hands and face.
Also to add I got called a bellend by a member of staff who?s concerns should not have been with me but should have been elsewhere.

Took the grandchildren here after a busy day shopping. 3 adult meals and 2 meals for the kids. Adult meals were lovely but unfortunately the children?s food left a lot to be desired. Burnt burger and the bread for the hotdog was hard as rock.
I have given the 5 stars for Mel a professional young woman who was the manager on the day who was both sympathetic and helpful. Both childrens meals were struck off the bill with no fuss and they were offered a free desert each. That?s how to deal with customers. Thank you Mel. We would return when we are in the area.

We recently visited with my wife on her birthday while out shopping. They messed up our order and when our food did arrive it was only just warm, I also ordered a Biscoff milkshake expecting something wonderful for the price of £7.50 ! But it was just vanilla ice-cream with squirty cream top with crumbled Biscoff sprinkles total let down . Very unhappy with our visit

Extremely disappointed, we were going to use the Thursday ?burger and a bevvy? offer which stated on the app that we could get either a burger or a hotdog, hotdogs were not even on the menu so we asked our server (Jade) about this and she said we could get one they were just not on the menu and offered us the pulled pork hotdog, all 3 of us went with that option, it arrived in a tiny basket which is normally used for sides, we had about 10 fries each and the ?hotdog? was simply 3 burned pigs in blankets shoved in a bun with pulled pork on top for £15, what a waste of money, we were not informed of this before we ordered and when we brought it up with our server she just said yea I don?t know why that is sorry about that and asked us to pay, no explanation or trying to do anything about it, nothing, she also had a terrible attitude towards us and seemed to be avoiding our table going to all others in her area being lovely towards them and it seemed she just wanted to get rid of us, can safely say this has put me off TGI Fridays which was once my favourite restaurant. Thank God It?s Fridays I think not, Thank God It?s closing down.
