I'm gonna say the food was impeccable,I mean amazing but the service was terrible.loads of people at work but slow service.we asked for drinks but 15 minutes later we had to ask another member to get us our drinks and they didnt take two minutes.Food took forever.

Once being weighted on our drinks took 10-15 minutes to arrive and when they do arrive they was primarily ice. Then waited 15 minutes if not more, for the waiter to come back and take our food order. Then it was a 45 minute or so wait for our food which was overpriced majorly for the quality. One of my party of 3 got sweet potato fries with their meal and they were primarily grease with the food being barely even warm. Once we had all finished our food, there was another 15 minute or so wait for our plates and dishes to be collected for only half of them to be taken with another 5-10 minutes for the rest to be taken. I will not be returning as it was astonishing the lack of customer service and he wait times.

I don?t know why anyone in their right mind would come here by choice! The restaurant itself looks like it has survived a nuke, wallpaper peeling off, furniture broken and outdated, I could actually see dirt piled up in the crooks and crannies, out waitress was nice enough but one short lady with silver hair was extremely unpleasant, me and my family overheard her shouting unpleasantries at her staff members and then would waddle around in a mood huffing and puffing as if sje was doing anything, very unsettling when trying to enjoy a family meal, the food was a let down, definitely extremely over- priced! The children?s meals were quite depressing. If you like feeling unsettled and unwelcome as you enjoy overpriced stale food, this place is perfect!

By far the worst tgis I?ve been too..partner had a full tray of cocktails spilt on him and didn?t even offer (out of respect) as little as a courtesy drink, the same member of staff then came to clear empties from the table without even checking and almost took a half full cocktail glass with him?will not visit again

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Extremely disappointed! We had a table of 8 for someone?s birthday. To start with, it took 20 minutes for us to order our food. Following this, we then had a long wait for food and drinks to arrive. The prices have gone up massively recently. This used to be our favourite place to eat and we wouldn?t mind paying £20 for Jack Daniel?s chicken if the service and experience were amazing. This isn?t the worst part. We all downloaded the tgi Fridays app as we saw an offer for a free dessert. We checked multiple times with different members of staff to check we could use this offer. They told us frequently that we could do this as long as we had individual codes, which we did. Once it came to the bill, after waiting 30 minutes to receive it, we were told the desserts would not be free as this was an offer for yesterday! And we could only use one code for one free dessert, even though there were 8 codes and 8 people and we were told each person would get a free one! We said this was not fair considering it?s on the app and still available to use. After waiting for a ?manager? we did not get an apology, just a ?we will do it as a one off?. So we waited another 15 minutes, and no one had come to the table. We went up to the bar to speak to someone, and we got ignored by multiple members of staff after saying excuse me and trying to talk! We were very calm and polite about the situation and all we got back was rudeness. We then walked to the till and asked for the manager for the 4th time. Someone came over and asked what had happened. We explained and after another 30 minutes, she eventually sorted it. We were made to feel like it was our fault, rudely spoken to, ignored and disrespected, even by the ?manager?! They were all huffing at us, rolling their eyes and pushing past us. It was so disappointing as we just wanted to enjoy a nice meal to celebrate a friend's birthday. I never like to leave negative reviews as I know everyone has off days, but I felt I had to due to how shocking this was! Avoid TGI Fridays, unless you want to be disappointed, disrespected, and hanging around for over an hour at the end of your meal!
We will definitely not be returning to this restaurant and will be telling friends and family not to visit either! I hope to hear back from management as this is unacceptable and we are all utterly shocked!

Waited far too long for meals to arrive and when they did some of the meals were cold,the macaroni cheese had never seen cheese it was just a bowl of pasta .Very disappointed .Staff are the only good thing about this place.

Quite expensive for what we had. The Fahitas meat was swimming in oil. Not the best experience.

Pretty poor.
How do they make corn so tasteless and chewy? Not that there was much of it. Nor was there much coleslaw - another blessing as it was watery and bland. Ribs were dry and tasteless unless drowned in sauce.
A rack of baby ribs for £25 each was way overpriced for the quality.
TGI's used to be ok - maybe it's just this branch?
And as for £6.20 for a small bottle of non-alcoholic beer?!!

It was mine and my husbands first time at TGI Friday's and wow I absolutely loved it, My daughter and her partner go quite regular. I was blown away with the service our waiter he was absolutely amazing and funny,. We went for my daughters belated birthday meal and the waiter bless him got her a little cake with a candle and got the staff to sing to her, we didn't even ask for it, so thoughtful of him.
I would honestly recommend going. Thanks for a great evening TGI Friday's we will be back soon ?
