Lindsey is an absolute credit to this company. I don?t know if she was a manager or general staff or what but what a star. Went absolutely above and beyond and not only for me everyone she interacted with she had a big smile on her face. Absolutely made my day after a long day at work :) Lindsey what a gem

Don't understand why baskets are located on the way out!? It's really hard to collect one on the way in when lots of people are walking out. Convenient to use, gets busy at lunchtimes, but they usually open extra tills.

Just got an item, forgot to scan my club card, and paid the full price! Laura was really helpful and patient, she applied the club card to the already paid receipt and saved me 5£. Thanks. :)

I am really happy with your customer service here but is an absolutely shame that you sell 1 kg of bastami rice for £2,05 (today's price). Asda and even Waitrose are selling cheaper rice (even basmati range). I can't believe o pay in your Tesco more money for rice than for a vegan mayo (and don't use this as excuse for increase mayo prices, use it for reduce rice prices). Hopefully you will. Thanks.
