I was visiting Sheffield for the day and was in desperate need of the toilet whilst I was buying some snacks, I walked over to a lovely lad in the shop and I asked if they hadn't installed toilet and he apologised and said no we did not I thanked him and I went to pay just as I turned to leave the shop he caught up to me and said we don't have a toilet here however there is one down the road at.....
He didn't need to do that but he did and that was very kind

Good staff but it'd be nice if they were open during their opening times. Twice I've gone and they've shut 30 mins early.

incredible, never seen a supermarket that closes its doors during working hours or opens them at the discretion of the staff. but close it right away, do it first

Very rude cashier. Went in today around 8:15 and went to the self checkout. There were no carrier bags about so I asked the security guard by the till where abouts the bags are, he told me they were by the till but the employee behind the till needed to replenish them. To which the employee behind the till said to me, in the most sarcastic tone, 'well you have to wait, I cant do everything at once now can i' despite the fact I was patiently waiting. I feel its a very unprofessional way to speak to a customer for simply asking where I could get a carrier bag from.

Total Disrespect to the customer by a staff named Dorris. I been purchasing from this store for a long time, but it?s the first time experiencing very rude & attitude behaviour from a staff. I think management must give her proper training how to deal with customers, never going to this store anymore.
