Ugly filthy useless toilets??

An absolute disgrace at Tesco! At the self-checkout, we were the only ones stopped and checked, while everyone else went through without any issue bc people could ?steal? To make matters worse: my partner is Black and we were the only ones singled out. This doesn?t just feel unfair, it feels outright discriminatory. Such behavior is disrespectful and shameful. Instead of treating all customers equally, Tesco chooses to pick people out and humiliate them. if this is how they treat customers, they shouldn?t be surprised when people stop coming back.

Myself and two friends popped to Tesco just outside the wicker in Sheffield this morning we had a good wander round the clothes then coffee and cake really nice lady in the cafe we then went downstairs where my friend asked a male member of staff if she could get some seaweed Chinese stuff immediately he took her straight to it chatting as they walked along very friendly but the best was yet to come on till 15 approximately 12:15 Wednesday 20th august a young girl wearing a headscarf served us she was so lovely chatting very efficient she made us feel really special please thank her she was fantastic we know how hard checkout staff work and how patient you have to be with some members of the public as all three of us work on the checkouts at Morrisons we were so sorry we didn?t get her name

Disappointing Experience Staff Training Needed
I visited this store intending to make a purchase, including cigarettes, and presented valid ID as the person making the transaction. Despite complying with UK regulations which require only the purchaser to provide proof of age I was refused service simply because the individual accompanying me did not have ID.
This was both frustrating and unnecessary. I chose to leave all other items behind and will not be returning to this particular store. I strongly encourage management to review relevant legal standards and ensure staff are properly trained on identifying who is actually required to present ID.
Customer service should be grounded in both professionalism and correct procedure sadly, this experience delivered neither.

Absolutely Rubbish service!!!
No one at the till and there are 50 people queing up at the Self service checkout. There should be a shift in charge responsible for making a decision!! But no one cares now!!

I really enjoy shopping at Tesco ? the store is always clean, well-organized, and spacious, which makes the whole experience very comfortable. One of the best things is the large parking area, which means I never have trouble finding a spot, even during busy hours. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there?s always a wide selection of fresh products and daily essentials. Highly recommend for a stress-free shopping trip!

I visited this Tesco for the first in a while and, I was quite disappointed. Shoppers were too busy not caring about other shoppers by standing in the middle of the aisles & not moving, shop assistants at the self service check outs were too busy chatting to each other and shopping trolleys were scattered around the car park. Also, where have the changing rooms gone? I used to live near this Tesco when it first opened in 2011 and it had changing rooms. Lastly, why has the top entrance been closed? Open it so people don't have to walk on a road/ramp. There might be barriers on that road/ramp, but it is still risky.

The most disgusting toilets upstairs: urine all over the seat and floors, toilet blocked with paper and even a used sanitary towel. Major ick.
