I went to Meadowhall and we decided to get fish and chips the staff were nice but the food tasted off two hours later I was really sick with food poisoning vomiting and diarrhea the place was ok it was just the food don't eat here.

Best Fish and Chips in Sheffield. On the pricey side but you are paying for the quality of the food which is 10/10 :)
(3 star for atmosphere only because we don't like Meadowhall and take the food away when we come in).

I will never again go to this place again they charged 50pce for scraps never ever have I paid for scraps there was no notice up saying they we're charging for them.The food was ok but 50p for scraps. The £8.50 was definitely not worth it little bag of chips,fish scollop with tiny amount of fish and beans the price just kept creeping up. Very disappointed .....

I have visited Meadowhall today and just fancied some real chip's instead of fries. Boy was I disappointed. Bright yellow with crispy bits on them dripping in fat. Sorry Tasty Plaice but they are not chip's.

First and foremost THANK YOU for being one of the very view places within the food court to serve Gluten free food. We were served by Charlie, he was extremely knowledgeable, offered us all the combinations available. Hubby had the jacket potato with chicken tikka with a side of cheese. He said the potato was well cooked through, light and fluffy. The tikka was very moist and flavourful. Overall it was such a relief to find somewhere to eat as a family. Would highly recommend it to others and will definitely be returning customers.
Again, thank you Charlie you're a credit to your work place.

The nicest fish n chips we've ever had! The fish was really fresh, the mushy peas had so much flavour and the battered chips were a game changer! We will be back.

I only had chips, cheese and mayonnaise and I have been ill for DAYS with incredible stomach cramps and diarrhoea. After reading reviews it looks like a lot of other people have had the same!! Place needs shutting down

Hi all went there for a portion of chips for my wife were supposed to to be for £3.59p but the bill came to £5.49 + 50p for a squirt of tomato sauce from the cheap squeeze bottles on side or any sauce 50p for scraps usually free anywhere else ! And to top it off 50p for bag unbelievable total ? rip off good for the passing trade and the if anyone has there coated chip will guaranteed to give stomach problems make u ill and sick as I?ve attached other persons comments here the fish is all batter cheap one try to find the fish inside very small and cheap tasting never cod or haddock . Total rip and the beans and peas etc in the window is pored in with buckets ! Soits cheap as it gets absolutely disgusting have look your self .
And the big lad who served me was laughing every time I asked for some sauce on my only to find out because he was going to charge me for each squirt after when said now way it?s from squeeze bottles he just laughed it never again total rip off. Would advise people not to avoid at all cost please the previous customer comments below ?
