I recently visited Subway and received outstanding service from an employee named Adnaan, as indicated on his badge. He meticulously changed his gloves to prevent cross-contamination with gluten-free bread, showing great attention to detail. His polite and professional demeanor made the experience exceptional. I was very impressed and will definitely return because of his excellent care.

Terrible. They don't take actual cash! I literally had the money in my hand, ready to pay and they wouldn't take it. I don't want to pay with a bank card, I want to pay with actual cash. Shame on you. Another customer lost.

I haven?t really got a lot I can say about this to be honest. I love subway. This is a pretty standard and typical subway sandwich shop. I ordered my usual subs and took them to eat out. The service was pretty good, but a little slow, only reason I mentioned this is because it wasn?t busy at all. But the food was great and enjoyable.

Staff thought I jumped queue even though they missed me so I didnt get served initially until I complained, then accused me of queue jumping and stated I had to go to back of queue, then tried charging full whack rather than applying the offer that was on. Shocking customer experience. Time of experience 15:40pm 17/09/2023
And to top it all off got home and it was the wrong bread

Staff seam to be asleep, tables were somewhat clean but a male staff member flicking bits onto floor explains why floor was dirty. Toilets were filthy and sticky, feet marks up the wall.

Nice big subway on an entertainment complex ,prices seemed to be slightly higher and the menu was a bit confusing .but the subs where great ,service great and restaurant condition good as well

The service is appalling. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable. And the young girl who was serving me snapped at me. The 2 girls serving were obviously not communicating with each other leaving the customer to ask questions and when I did they snapped at me. And after all that the meatballs in my salad bowl were ice cold and I had to warm them up at home. These girls need to be fired. Unacceptable service. Absolutely appalled.
