Worst Subway we've been to sadly. Seemed understaffed, even for a 7pm shift, struggling to fill orders for online and in store custom. Had run out of quite a lot of ingredients, so had to compromise with our order. Waited quite a while to be served, only for one staff member to disappear in back while the other filled online orders.
After all that, the server failed to change gloves before filling my gluten free order, which is a pretty basic error on food safety. Thankfully, I am asymptomatic coeliac, but such an error could well cause issues for symptomatic coeliac people.
Once food got to us, the marinara was like warm and my son's ham and cheese was inexplicably soggy.
Not usually one to leave a negative review, but this was just comedy from start to finish. Suggest more staff, more training on food hygiene and cross contamination and replenishment of ingredients. I will think twice about visiting this branch again.

I came in at 8pm I was very sad and depressed. The place was clean and had the sweet aroma of petrol. My favourite. I went to order food a young African ectomorph 6ft 1 puffy hair around size 10 feet. Was frying my food he gave me a unearthly smile that made me feel something I haven't felt in years. While I was ordering my food I saw him massaging his earlobes it lit up a warm feeling inside. He served me the food with them them innocent kitten eyes. He served me my food however he passionately whispered something in my ears in Cantonese while twirling my beard then he kissed my food after I ate my food I was on the way out he then again whispered in my ear in a heavy deep Donald duck voice "did I satisfy your need O hungry one?" I've never felt better I will cherish this day forever

We come every week on the weekend when we are commuting and as always the staff is very nice and the service is quick. The place is clean and tidy. Kids happy ?
