Ordered on Uber eats (I highly suggest you don't most of their prices are double than the non 24 hour ones) subs were fine and like that of most subways, the wrap however, I haven't even seen something so stingy in my life, barely any filling in it compared to my local subway massively disappointed.

The engagement with staff was incredibly unsatisfactory. They prioritised refilling the fridge over in person customers. They attempted to down play ignoring orders. Very unhappy with this experience and a rethink of staff/training.

Recently the service has gone really bad. I have ignored the poor service on 2 occasions but today i saw how poor the staffs attitude can be they refuse to take any orders even if it is of the menu unless you use the new digital machine and said this is due to management after i raised a dispute instead of clarifying this before the situation arrised. I will not be using your subway branch ever again it is a absolute joke

This is the 10th time they have repeated the same thing Please do not send anything on your own without reading what we are ordering I ask the manager of this place to investigate or hire educated people I?m pretty sure those who work here can?t read orders I hope the person in charge sees these comments because what is happening here really bothers us

I placed an order on Uber Eats. The restaurant is listed as having their own drivers. After waiting a long time, I requested an update. The restaurant called and stated they were waiting for an Uber Eats driver. Obviously that will never arrive as they are registered as having their own drivers. Duh! Either the owner is lying or extremely incompetent. After wasting lots of time they cancelled the order. Disgraceful behaviour.

I placed a £27 order on uber eats for the first time for subway and it never arrived!! £27 just for 2 subs alone and never got it, don't order from here, subway didn't do anything to help and the app said the driver tried to contact me which he never did and the restaurant didn't do anything about it! Not happy at all!!

Was charged £4.59 for a 6 inch turkey with no add ons, its around £3.39 in other stores.The part of the till that displays the price to customers is taped over so you cant see what they have

i was planning to get a nacho side with my points but they told me isn?t working which is clearly a lie since i can scan my code with the machine, i paid for it just to find out my nachos was burnt later on

They just charged me £5.49 for a 6 inch Italian BMT, nothing else.I was shocked and double checked, both staff members confirmed. One of them blamed "inflation".If that's the new pricing here then I'll be saying goodbye to subway.

Late at night I just wanted a sandwich and a Coke, so I placed an order on UBER EATS, but they didn't give me a drink. I couldn't believe how busy it would be at 4am, I was simply disappointed by the caliber of the staff, it's so annoying that restaurants always make simple mistakes like this, well done SUBWAY\\n\\nOh! After I posted my review, was not given crisps aswell?i order the nut cookies, they give me the chocolate one.\\nIt's hard to imagine an order with so many errors, a miracle?
