I had a great experience at Subway Haymarket in Sheffield city center last evening. I had a footlong Italian BMT and waffle fries, it was very delicious, and I want to give a special shout-out to crew member Pranav for his exceptional service. He was friendly and attentive, and even though there was a small queue made my sandwich correctly without any problems making my visit even better. Highly recommend this location!

Had to say it, but my last trip to this Subway was a letdown. Used to be my top spot for a quick munch, but the staff? Wow, talk about rude. Felt like I was bothering them just by being there. When I walked in, they were juggling a couple of online orders and one of them goes, ?Always on our shift, isn?t it?? Like, mate, it?s your job. If you?re not up for it, maybe let someone who actually cares take over. It?s a real shame because the food?s bang on, but the attitude from the staff just ruins the vibe. Sort it out, Subway!

It's pleasant to eat in and be served but, which is a big but, the toilet facility. A long time ago I was put off eating sandwiches from here because everything about the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned and the tap wobbled and there was no water coming out of it. Now, after all these years, the facility looks cleaner but they haven't fixed the tap. What's the point of having soap when there isn't any water to wash your hands clean!? This point is zero stars.

Cant pick your salad or even sauce if you pick a certain sub, rude staff with muggy faces didnt tell me this, dirty tables and scruffy people walking around trying to get a donation from me. Absolute rip
