Thank you very much Shila, it was a very lovely Haircut I had today! I wanted a shortening of the hair whilst keeping the same overall style and did an excellent job! I am very happy to have come here today. Going to a new hairdresser in a new city is always filled with apprehension, but this visit was absolutely worth it and for a good price.

Around 2 weeks ago, I messaged Shimel Hair to ask if I could have my hair rebonded. I had rebonded my hair myself 2 years prior and wanted it done professionally. I was told to come in for a consultation instead so she could assess my hair. I was also told to come in with my hair in it?s most natural state (shampoo only and air dry).I was told I she could rebond my hair, but it would be overkill since my hair wasn?t extremely coarse or curly. She recommended a nano keratin treatment, which would straighten my hair permanently without causing the havoc/damage that rebonding would. She said it would tame the frizz too. I also want to grow my hair longer, so this treatment would also protect my hair cuticles. She was ready and happy to answer all of my questions. She gave me a quote and asked when I?d like to do my hair. I decided to be cheeky and asked if I could have it done the next day since I really had a good feeling and was tired of my frizzy hair. She was kind enough to pencil me in!She and her team were so so so lovely. As another Persian, I felt right at home and in good hands. We had really great conversations during the treatment and it was clear that she really loves her work, is humble and strives for excellence. The matcha drink was nice too! At one point, my stomach started rumbling and I murmured that I would get some food after. She immediately asked if I?d like something to eat and brought me a croissant and fruit! As an expat, I miss my mom a lot, so I felt like I was being taken care of in the same nurturing way my mom would. ??I think she spent 5 hours on my hair and it really showed. My hair was frizzy, fine and just a disaster. She gave me really clear guidance on aftercare for my hair and I came back in 2 days later to have my hair washed. I told her I couldn?t make the appointment because she closes at 6, but she offered to stay longer for me ? Her care for her customers is amazing and I will never let anyone else touch my hair again, only her!I can shower now and air dry my hair and it looks GREAT. I don?t panic when it?s raining, I can wear a face mask and not worry about my bangs curling! My hair is silky, straight and never tangles. It?s a dream!!I?ll add photos of my hair before and after. I think the photos speak louder than my words, but overall: 11/10, love her, love the outcome of my hair and I couldn?t recommend her more! ?

I visited this salon for a manicure and pedicure and I?m very satisfied with the results. The nail technician was very pleasant to interact with. I?m truly pleased and I highly recommend this place for nail services.

I received a haircut from Ms. Shima, and I must say that she was incredibly friendly and skilled. The outcome of the haircut was truly awesome, and I thoroughly enjoyed the company of Ms. Shima and her friemdly team. I am deeply grateful for their expertise and professionalism, and I wish them continued success.

I have had my fair share of bad haircuts so I know the good ones, and believe me this was by far one of the best experiences I had. Shila was very lovely and professional to explain everything to me. At first I was a little bit about getting a butterfly haircut because I?ve seen some fails online, but Shila did mine just perfectly. Thank you Shila you were amazing??

After my regular hairdresser I used for 20 years retired I was nervous to find a new hairdresser but I had no need to worry as it was brilliant and professional and I was so pleased with my hair and I will book back in ASAP!??

I heard about the services of this salon and had travelled 2 hours to experience their service. I had got nano protein treatment and hair extension. It was truly a wonderful experience. The staffs are very friendly and professional. The hair stylist, Sheila and violeta, gave me very good advice and kept me informed every time regarding what she was doing. She did everything with so much of care and ensured that all my doubts were cleared and I was happy with their service. The nail specialist, sahar was very good with her work and she also ensured that I was happy with her service. I have been to many salons but this salon was just wonderful and worth travelling 2 hours. The staffs are so friendly and kind and very good with their work and they treat each client with so much of care.

I have gotten a perm and a cut with Shila. I had asked her to keep my length and she did just that. She was amazing so friendly and walked me through everything. It was my first time getting a perm and the results is phenomenal. I?ll let the pictures speak for itself. Worth every penny besides it last for 6-7 months. If you are thinking of getting a perm, studio shimel is the place for you. She walked me through everything including aftercare and product, is experience in what she does and take extra time and care with my hair. I was extremely pleased with her customer service and approach to me which was top tier. I felt extremely welcomed and I don?t usually leave comment on anything unless I feel I am so satisfied with a product or service. I will definitely be coming back and go to shila for all things hair from now on.
