The staff I encountered at the Crystal Peaks outlet of Stokes were first rate. I dealt with a lady who was exceptional and very professional/knew her stuff and another lady who came to help was also extremely good. They are a credit to the store.

Great selection of tiles. Great guys been a few times here over the years. They are so helpful and no pressure to chose what you want. Ended up spending 1.8k on a fantastic looking tile for the bathroom.

I tried dozens of places to try and get hold of a tile that I was told that was discontinued and never really seemed interesting in helping me out. I never really leave reviews but I appreciate the help form Chris and mark so much for importing these tiles. Really pleased with my white subway tiles. They look great in my kitchen and we?re a decent price. Seb provided great service and also recommended a tiler who did a fantastic job! Would really recommend using Stokes Tiles
