The coffee is great - especially the Oat Chai Latte which is my new go to drink.Staff are very friendly.Unfortunately you are just sat in the middle of a flood of shoppers so at busy times you feel like a sardine in the middle of a bait ball. So not very relaxing.

I went today to get my usual choc chip Frappuccino and the girl who served me was just so unbelievably nice!!! She commented that she liked my earrings and we ended up having a really good chatter, some of the other staff members even came across to have a chat too while it was quiet. I?ve never had any issues with any staff members at this Starbucks, but today, this girl really did go above and beyond and absolutely made my day. I?m so so sorry I didn?t get her name, but she had amazing coloured hair, a bright stripey top, and really good jewellery!!!Thank you so much for your conversation, your enthusiasm and your kindness! It meant a lot to me!(I really hope you get to see this!!!)

I just wanted a small, black, strong ie what you'd get in Spain or France etc coffee. A small, black, weak tasting coffee came. Rubbish. Apparently the do a "shot" whatever that is. Why oh why is it so difficult to get PROPER COFFEE in England. Rubbish.

Amazing the barista was really nice it wasn't very busy and it was a overall nice experience the kids loved the hot chocolate

Very expensive for poor quality panini's!They should remove them from sale!Very little effort from the staff to identify the customer when the food was ready!

The staff are nice but the chairs and tables are sticky and dirty, bad image for a well known brand, I got a stain in my trousers that I'm not sure I can get rid off.
