Shocking. Gets worse! Always no staff. The staff actually there are so miserable and don?t look at you or acknowledge you speaking to them which is very rude. Very slow in there. Overpriced. Bad atmosphere.

Huge thank you for Starbucks at Cineworld in the Centertainment, Sheffield for helping us. Christmas Eve, dealing with a car breakdown and needing somewhere comfortable for a 90 year old to wait. The staff were kind, and very understanding. Father Christmas has you on his good list for sure!

This place has turned into an absolute joke. The queue times are ridiculous and half the time there is only 2 people on, one taking orders and one making the drinks. Now they have changed their opening times and if you are seeing a movie after 7.30 you can't get a coffee now. We used to persevere because we like the coffee however the final nail in the coffin was the price increase! £7 for a venti cold brew! £7! however if you drive to meadowhall just around the corner you can have the same drink for £5.75! It's an absolute rip off! We will no longer be going!

Never got coldbrew though advertised widely in store. Prices ridiculously high. But coffee is nice enough. Would prefer a good local concern rather than
billionaire conglomerate.

WiFi doesn?t work. Even though it?s called ?STARBUCKS WIFI? it won?t connect and staff seem clueless. Claim it isn?t their wifi.. weird.

I go in Starbucks all over the world and this is by far the worst. The wait for a coffee can be 30 minutes because there is only usually two people working here when it needs more. Awful Starbucks and primed for closure.

Have enjoyed Starbucks lattes for years. None of competition can touch it. Only wish snack prices were revised as a cube of cake/brownie costs over £1 is only about size of a dice. We do not eat generally as food and snacks are way overpriced. Shame really.

Friendly staff, great service and drink.I didn't have food as I'm gluten free and there are not many (any?) options.Could do with some comfy seating in the conservatory area.Dietary restrictions: I'm also lactose free, so I appreciate having the choice of coconut milk.See earlier comment about Gluten free food options.Parking: It's inside cineworld so there's a carpark, but restrictions apply so it's good to check the signage.Wheelchair accessibility: No problem at all taking a wheelchair in. There's a disabled toilet that everyone uses. Usually okay, sometimes a little unsavoury or closed . I guess we can ask to use cineworld's if we needed to.

Service has really deteriorated here. I've had to abandon getting drinks a couple of times because of how slow they are. According to their opening hours they should be open on Monday until 9pm but I arrived at 7:25 pm to be told by one of the staff they were now closed. Sad when places go downhill. Some of the staff look school aged and don't seem to care.
