Staff must not have much to do since they spend more time yapping about how people have their drinks instead of making them. Terrible service, god forbid you have any alternatives in your drink. Wish I could put 0 stars

staff should spend more time getting orders correct instead of calling other people drink orders disgusting while i was looking straight at them. Due to my autism i need to add sugar free syrup to my drinks, i usually make my own drinks from home to avoid judgement but my espresso machine stopped working today and i decided to use the points i?d earned from when i used to work for starbucks to get myself a drink before uni. Should?ve just deleted the app and left points unspent because now i?m going to have even worse anxiety when it comes to ordering now

Whilst it can be a little noisy at times, this is to be expected of a coffee shop and understood. The staff are young, but so lovely and nice; with my server 'Daisy' (who also had her name written in another language!) was so lovely, helped me decide what drink to order whilst keeping a smile on her face the entire time. When at busiest, a clear effort was made to keep the cafe clean whilst also cater to customers and their needs if necessary. I really recommend this Starbucks, as it is also across from the park giving you lovely views for enjoying a quick cuppa. If the barista Daisy who served me is there, you're sure to have a good time. :)

Got through to the queue and immediately got ignored by most the staff, three on . Two chatting. Finally got orders done , I'm lactose and tolerate so I told them I needed soya , they told me they were fully going to just give me soya. Gave me the full story of they don't cross contamite jugs of milk. In the end they ended up giving me normal milk. I'm in a wheelchair. Didn't end well.

He hasn't even asked me about the app scan, so instead, I paid straight away without a chance of adding my points.
He seems like he didn't care.
It's the worst starbucks I have been to as such incident with the app and rudeness of staff happened to me before.

Found ourselves in here waiting for an appointment. Coffee OK but the room is very echoey! And it's very difficult to hear despite there only being a handful of people in.

Disabled access entry for wheelchairs and prams and lovely staff, what more could you want from a Starbucks ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs to enter the building so they?ve installed a lift. Bit difficult to manoeuvre if you?re on your own but staff super kind and helpful. Large disabled toilet too. Definitely suitable to visit for wheelchair users.

There was a burly, tall female server with a very bad attitude. I just wanted a cup of coffee that wasn't hot, but I didn't want it iced either. She said no, and it was the only Starbucks I've ever been to that refused such a request. She spoke very harshly. I initially thought she might just be someone who doesn't smile much, but she spent the next hour loudly chatting and laughing. I won't be going back to that place again.

Really enjoy going into this Starbucks a few times a week.The staff are always friendly and the service is fast no matter how many customers are in.
