So disappointed went to buy a pair of black cargo shorts being sold for 24 a pair as advertised or two for 30 in the summer sizzler advertised sign got to till 59 I asked about two for 30 staff said it?s two Ts or two Shorts so I just went for the one pair of shorts 43 I didn?t argue but refused to pay & left
Online they are being advertised for 23 pounds.
My son brought a pair of tracksuits last week bottoms
advertised for 35 at till
60 pounds.
No point speaking to staff look like there all ages 14 years old.
Will never go there again will order from Primark Amazon & shein. ??

Sports direct, my anxiety levels hit the roof today when I first stepped into the changing room . Was only until I started taking my top off I actually realised that half the door is missing. You've made it so people can actually see inside the small room. Who even thought of this should be sacked. Completely put me off buying the nike gym bottoms I really needed today. The 1 star is no reflection of the shop floor staff as they was very helpful. I won't be shopping in this paticularly store again.

Rubbish, kids serving, don?t know what they?re doing. Not bothered. I got 2 footballs out of a 2 for 10 basket, paid and I later found out one of the balls was a adidas (£12)
ball. Wouldn?t give me a refund, awful staff.

Completely appalling staff. Wanted to try on a pair of shoes and staff just ignored me. Really awful people in there. Customers were just wondering around hoping to get served but staff were just stood around chatting

Found out today why Sports Direct won't take returns (Inc for faulty items).
Apparently they "bulk buy everything" and in return it voids the manufacturer's warranty with everything, meaning anything bought there is only covered for "the life of the product" (AKA 3 months).
Despite manufactures themselves offering 1 year warrently on things. If bought at sports direct that manufactures warranty is automatically void.

Great clothes and choices. However, be careful not to pay full price when you have discounted items, they often don't realise and charge full price.... Also probably the worst and most embarrassing changing rooms you'll ever see...

Paid cash for a 2 for offer, 1 was a top 1 was a bottom both the same price same offer but didn't realise they have to be the same either 2 tops or 2 bottoms returned them for a refund wouldn't give money back only give a credit note was less than 13 hrs bad customer relations.

Way more choices of products than jd sports. Sometimes you get bargain sales and Sometimes you dont. Cant fault it.

Absolutely useless been trying since 11:30am to call it's now 3:30pm and still no answer after 4hrs have all the staff gone home for the day ? there is no way you can tell me that all the staff are too busy to answer the phone ???
