Apart from the store being busy and maybe needing some more chairs in the waiting areas, everything was perfect! It's very rare these days you go into a shop and all the staff are friendly and happy and look like they're enjoying what they do. Everyone at Specsavers crystal peaks were absolutely amazing and so helpful and kind, they make you feel relaxed almost like you are talking to a friend and are so knowledgeable in their job. Someone is there to help you every single step of the way and make sure you're happy with everything. 10/10 customer service!! I want to make a specific shout out to a few of the staff: Clayton, Jenny O, Cara and Sarah R, in particular who went above and beyond and made the experience really enjoyable! An amazing hard working team, and couldn't recommend visiting here enough! ?

Each time I attend an appointment I always get very good customer interaction. On this one occasion, I was updated regularly as there had been 2 members of staff call in sick but I was made aware of the waiting times between checks and was dealt with efficiently. I always come away satisfied.
A special mention to Jenny and Beth at the Crystal Peaks store, they were very patient and answered any questions I had in great detail - a credit to the team!

Could DEFINITELY do with more chairs, upstairs. There is plenty of room to accommodate them. Some customers are left standing. Especially when the appointments are running late. It isn't professional

Excellent service always, have been having my tests here for over a decade and I've never been let down by them. Tests are thorough and well explained, staff are happy to address any concerns and glasses range is great to choose from

I?m not happy after having eye examination the optician said I needed reader glasses , which I ordered went to pick them up they put in distance lenses so after wasting my time I now have to wait for a phone call to say they have put in the proper lenses not impressed I thought that intelligent people worked at these places obviously not as some one can?t read and order correctly not happy as I have now got to go and make another trip to Crystal Peaks !!!!!!

Simply not impressed. Have been using spec savers for years, usually Rotherham town center, always a good experience. Decided to use crystal peaks as it is in a better location, it also looked a better shop, which indeed it is, never again.
Booked an eye test, arrived on time 40 minutes later still sat waiting. The young optician was great no issues, the assistant that helped me choose glasses was really good and gave me his honest opinion, which I really appreciated.
Paid nearly £400 for 2 pairs of glasses and arrange a pick up time and date. Got a txt to remind me of my appointment ? then a call to say they wouldn?t be ready. Several calls and 4 days later they were ready so went to pick them up.
The girl that gave me my glasses was pleasant enough but seemed completely uninterested and couldn?t wait to get rid of me.
Previously, at Rotherham, they checked the set up tweaked where necessary and seemed genuinely interested in the comfort and fit, no such thing here. Basically ?yeah they look good, thanks bye?.
Will use specsavers again but not Crystal peaks.

I went to have my glasses straightened , which was fine however whilst waiting I watched the lady on the (front desk) who I should imagine should (greet) people. Completely ignore every foreigner co worker who greeted good morning, she never looked up or said good morning back until may I say, until white staff member said good morning. I think spec savers should check there staff and protocols.... I didnt Need my glasses to see.... very disappointing...... very strange.....

Really not happy with this Specsavers, I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for them to phone me to say that my lenses are ready and Iv not heard anything so yesterday I rang them and a lady said I will look into it for you and call you back but still not heard anything so I have just rang again and they said they have got the lenses, but nobody thought to ring me ????

My daughter went to crystal peaks store for an eye test, the optician mentioned putting some eye drops in, he said about the possible side effects that could happen so my daughter said no, she didn't want the drops in. The optician acted as though she hadn't said no and said he was going to put the drops in. He got nasty when my daughter again said no, at that point, she got up and left.
