I am pleased with my glasses lve alwats used Specsavers Hillsborough and been looked after but the young ones there don?t seem interested just stood around the till area . When l went to collect my glasses an older lady saw to me who was very nice and helpful

I have been visiting Specsavers in Hillsborough for many years and always found staff members genuinely lovely.Unfortunately last week not one member of staff I encountered was. They were either dismissive, ignored me, or were like robots reading off a sheet.I wanted to choose some new glasses but didn't as I just wanted to leave the store.Very disappointed.

This is my local store. I?ve been a couple of times noone acknowledged me or even offered any assistance. Once was when the store had just opened at 9am and there were hardly any customers. Staff were huddled by the front desk talking. Noone initiated eye contact with me. I was in the store for 10 mins before leaving and booking my appointment at The Moor branch where I had a completely different experience. Very disappointing service or rather, lack of service.I am also visually impaired and have a signal cane. Which ironically means nothing to people working in an optician?s.

I was very satisfied with the service. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful especially when choosing new frames. I am happy with the cost of my new glasses and the pricing was clear and easy to understand.

Excellent service, changes in my vision explained well, no pressure to buy new glasses.I did buy new glasses and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, have had no issues with the new glasses.

Really good service and very attentive for your test , But the price nearly collapsed when I was given the price of the service , be thinking of a new optician I think

My elderley mother was stuck near there when her phone went flat. They helped her out and called her a taxi. Don't know what they're like as opticians but as people I can't fault them. Thanks !!
