I came to order contact lenses, but I was told that my eye test and prescription are no longer valid, even though I had my eyes tested recently. They told me that the test I had was only for my eyes but not for contact lenses, and that no one can provide me with lenses. I?m going on holiday in two days, so I urgently need lenses, and I explained that. No one offered any help, and they just said I need to take another test, which I have to pay for (No one informed me of this during the eye test). Excellent service and wonderfully passive-aggressive staff ??
I?ll never come back again.

I had a Appointment at SpecSavers
at Hillsborough. MiddleWood Road.
Sheffield. UK. On the 26 July 2025.
The male Optician who did the Tests asked me to move to another Room due to faulty equipment. He said I should leave my Bag in a previous Room unattended. That was a Security Risk to my possessions. Also a Female Staff
member with short blonde hair.
Harassed me by following me
as I looked at spectacles. And Staring in a Hostile manner.
Gang Stalking by Staff.
Nasty UnProfessional Conduct.

I just come to my appointment and wait on the queue for 8-10 mins. One of staff said we are late. I think it?s not about lateness it?s about free eye test

Unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Tried to get an emergency appointment, they said I would have to wait 2 days to day be seen! Went to another spec savers branch they could see me the same day!

Popped in Hillsborough branch to look for some new glasses, staff were really friendly when I walked in and let me take my time to browse, and fitting and ordering my new glasses was straightforward and they were ready to collect in a week. Big thankyou to Daniella who was lovely and sorted everything for me!
