I have worked for Solsken since January 2021. They ensure Care Plans meet the individual needs of the Client. Very supportive to the Client to ensure their needs are being met and carried out to high standards by Care Staff. They provide easy access to Training to improve on your skills and knowledge. All of the Solsken Management Team go above and beyond to support their staff. Any concerns or issues I have had about my client, they dealt with promptly and efficiently. They not only supported the client, they also ensured they provided excellent support and advice for their staff as well. They go above and beyond to ensure you are okay. The support they have personally given me with family member health concerns has been truly amazing. They are one of the best companies I have worked for in over 30 years of working in the Care Industry. I would highly recommend working for this company.

Solsken limited are a brilliant company to work for. I have worked for solsken since 2018. They have provided me with great new skills, training and opportunities. The owners/ managing team are amazing they provide outstanding care too their clients but also us their staff, it?s a lovely team to be apart of. They go above and beyond for their clients always ensuring they have everything they need and are happy and from my experience they have done the same for me. Very caring, kind and compassionate team. I wouldn?t want to be anywhere else.

I have been with Solsken since April 2019, they are a fantastic company to work for. The whole team, (owners, management and carers) go above and beyond. Not only in providing tailored care, support and compassion to their service users, but that of all their staff as well. You are made to feel that your efforts and contributions are valued, you are listened too and the support you receive is exemplary. I have worked in care for 10 years and Solsken is the best care company I?ve ever worked for. The owners and management team go above and beyond to make sure not only the service users are supported in the best way possible but also their staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They offer extensive training and the possibility to progress your career too. Their care and compassion for service users is unprecedented, a genuine company with real family values. I?ve met many wonderful people that I?m now lucky enough to call friends and would have no problem recommending them to friends and family. I?ve worked for Solsken now for a little over a year, I can honestly say this is the company for me and what care should stand for! They go above and Beyond to support all their service users needs, taylor everything around the service user!They care for their staff, make them feel like they aren?t just a number, everyone in the company is valued! My husband has Huntington's Disease which is a complex neurological condition, and Solsken have undergone special training to deal with this condition. The care my husband receives is outstanding, and is tailored to his needs. The team are amazing, and cannot fault them for all they do.
