If i could leave no stars I would what a shambles for a pharmacy. You give them your name they can never find your prescription, even though its been ordered days before so should be ready to go. Once you are there it takes them forever to find, and the rudeness especially of the young female pharmacist who thinks she is the best thing ever. The system was down so I was told to come back later I told them I was going away that very day within the next hour. The pharmacist then mutters under her breath "Why do they make things so difficult." Excuse me but if you had the prescription ready it wouldn't be so difficult for you or me and others having to wait there.Unprofessional, rude staff here to be honest I don't know how they are still open

Skye pharmacy are excellent - helpful and obliging, they have really pleasant and nice staff, and their driver will go out of his way to ensure that you get your prescription delivery - can?t fault them! ??. It would be good if they could open a little later.

Surely they can't be another pharmacy as bad as this one, not just me complaining, but I've heard other people in the queue complaining about NOT getting their medication they require. NOT in stock, MISSING items again, the list goes on... If I had to go to another one it's 2 busses there and 2 back about 3 hours, and staff think they own the place trying to belittle you.the one below me is a FAKE ACCOUNT and has been reported.

I have never had an issue with this pharmacy. Staff are friendly and helpful, ok so occasionally the doctor will prescribe medication they don't have in stock, so it may be a day (if they get info before midday)or 2 (if they get script afternoon) before they can get it in for you. These people moaning about a small delay don't realise that while a pharmacy carries lots of stock, outbreaks of a type of illness or high demand for a type of medicine will soon diminish supply. They have always kept me informed if this has happened.

The worst pharmacy I have ever came across. If they don?t have your medication in stock you will most likely die while waiting for it. Phone doesn?t work- line is always busy- I called over 400 times in space of 2 days. You will waste even more time by going there every day to ask about your prescription -they will happily tell you that unfortunately they are still waiting for it BUT tomorrow it should definitely arrive! That tomorrow turns into days, week if not longer.

From reading through previous reviews this pharmacy hasn't changed much, slow service and prescription not ready when it's supposed to and still nothing, won't be using this pharmacy ever again.

Medication ordered in more than week in advice not ready on time. Always plenty of staff in but still you need to wait up to 30 minutes to get your medication. Always some delays. Never used so bad chemist in my life. Avoid!! Cause you will never get meds on time. On Thursday GP prescribed my medication( no need to order it). On friday still prescription not ready. Left me 5 days to wait for my tablets, in pain!!! Cause couldn't use prescription in any other chemist causwthet already downoladed in.So disappointed!!

Just registered with Dovercourt surgery and opted for the pharmacy to delivered my meds. was told they would be delivered 28th April nothing has turned up not pleased

I have had my medicines from Skye Pharmacy for years. The team are always busy, but they are also always pleasant and helpful. They have sorted out mistakes that I made, and followed up with the GP when I needed a prescription urgently. They have never let me down.

Nice people i.e staff caring they have time to talk to you about medication if you are not sure.l,shame it's not open on Saturday,they have been Great through this god dame pandemic s--t show virus.Thank you.D Smart.Good Friday 2021 was closed but on the net it said it was open so i had no ventolin to breathe, no pain killers for my arthritis an intestinal operation so i was in chronic pain for 4 days now the NHS think they are god's but they are paid to work for us ,we are your god's (TAXES).

Can't give zero stars .. Always slow always disorganised .. Closest to home but HATE going here .. Always leave with my blood boiling . . I actually pray they are not nominated to give me a COVID jab :(
