I want ro make clear that this reciew is not about the staff as they were friendly and helpful but about the Yodel service here.
I have tried 4 or 5 times to post with Yodel here and only once has the service been available. It has been down, not working or the Yodel service has run out of paper for 3 months and they have not sent another. Yodel is the most abysmal service you could imagine. Their website is wrong too as there is no other Yodel drop off in the area. The Budgens on London road is no longer there and thus no longer a Yodel drop off. The Spar up the road does not take Yodel parcels anymore but the website for Yodel still has both of these up. Utterly useless delivery service.

Very friendly staff. Dave helped us with using the air pump and went out of his way to ensure our tyres were sorted out properly.

Not the cheapest fuel wise. It does have an air-line. Just needs a bank card (£1 for 10 mins).

me and my friend didnt understand how to work the tyre pressure machine or what psi we needed to set it to but the employee working at the time dave came out and informed us the correct psi and told us how to use it, very helpful

Never the best experience, I?ve been coming here for around 5 months and now they have changed from spar to Asda, the staff are rude like there is no tomorrow and because I?m on a motorcycle even though I go there every couple of days I still get demanded to remove my helmet and the staff is always rude, I?ve wanted to speak to the manager Nathan about this but he isn?t always available, hope this could be sorted out.

Lazy, rude old lady. Swore my parcel was not in the bag for Vinted collection. Threw the bag at me and told me to check myself because it?s not there. Took one look inside the bag and long behold, there it is. Go elsewhere.

The shop was locked at 23.04 despite being listed as open 24hrs and all the lights on. Fine. The shop isn't 24hrs - only fuel. However the man in the window stared at us and smirked like we were stupid. Avoid

I had a great encounter with the member of staff in the store today.When I entered with my assistance dog and was informed no pet dogs allowed, I showed him her jacket that I was carrying, and explained she wasn't wearing it due to the heat.He proceeded to ask (polite) questions about assistance dogs and recognising them, then thanked me for my explanation and for pointing out that the Guide Dogs Only sticker should read 'Assistance Dogs Only' (this does need to be changed).He was very polite, asked appropriate questions and was friendly. Very impressed with this interaction as assistance dog teams with unusual breeds often get trouble in situations like this!

I?m dissatisfied with a recent visit to your petrol station in Stafford on the Eccleshall Road today.I use this station on a weekly basis as it?s my local and down the road from where I live and usually I pay using the app.Today I fuelled up this morning for £30 worth of V power with two bottles of water and paid in branch this evening me and my other half decided to go for a nice evening walk around our local area and to nip in to a shop to grab something to eat and as we were heading home we passed the station and we thought we?d call in considering it?s incorporated with Asda and I had seen earlier today the wide selection of food.I nipped to the loo whilst my other half browsed for something to eat however once I finished using the loo my other half approached me to say she felt uncomfortable after being stared down by your staff member at this point it felt obvious that we weren?t welcome and after looking through the selection of food choice we didn?t discover anything we fancied to eat but as we left we were ?tutt?ed? by the staff member as if we had done something wrong.I feel this is completely unacceptable, you cannot and should not tut at someone who is using your facilities regardless of purchase.You advertise these service but also I am a paying customer.I might not use the facilities at the time of purchase but I feel I should be able to use them whenever I have the need too.I use this garage every week and today I feel ashamed and embarrassed that I was tutted at for using the facilities it?s a complete disgrace.

What a crazy man there. This place should be freakin band. My worst experience at shell in my 20+ years of motoring experience.No wonder this freaking place has such bad rating. Freakin ridiculous. Absolute -10 starsWhat's the point u reply back about it in this reviews and take no actions!U might as well not reply coz u don't want to do anything about it.
