The staff are odd. Brought a parcel in to be dispatched on Tuesday 03rd Feb at 2:30pm. Colleague refused the parcel and said they’ve stopped doing them since the previous Wednesday. Said I that can’t be true because I posted two parcels with them two days prior. He said I couldn’t have and refused to take the parcel.
