Poorly run place. Car wash is out of service. Air, vacuum and fragrance services appear to be in service but they don?t. Takes your money but doesn?t give you any thing close to good service. Vacuum cleaner has no suction. Fragrance has no fragrance. Absolutely terrible. Place has simply been let to run down!

Back when Edo operated out of Candlebar in Leeds they crafted amazing quality sushi, presented beautifully and served in a classy environment. It was up there with the finest sushi I?ve tried around the world and we would visit every couple of weeks such was the quality. Now they?re located in Komune Sheffield which is a cross between the Arndale food court and a multi-storey car park. Where before there was a broad vegetarian selection, now there are few choices; food used to beautifully served with fresh ginger, wasabi, soy & teriyaki on sushi plates. Now it arrives like something from a travel lodge breakfast and you have to revisit the outlet for chopsticks, soy in a sachet etc. The food isn?t terrible but it?s now no better than any other fast food sushi outlet.

SCAM.....added a £3.50 coffee to card payment, didn't realise till I walked out.When I went back in to question why ,she didn't even ask to see receipt and handed the £3.50 back in cash , Iike she already knew why i was coming back into the shop.

Petrol station needs to removed and all staff should be fired.The cashier does not put correct total through the card machine to pay and later accuses customers of not paying. The staff and manager here are absolute scams.Shell so proudly presents ?voice of customer? but clearly has no idea about the way customers are being treated in this station.Never going back to this station absolutely waste of staff. Scammers just scamming people. STAY AWAY EVERYONE!!!!

very bad customer service very unprofessional manger doesn?t care about management of petrol station doesn?t care about reputation of shell i have paid for fuel and have all prove bank statements they send post and saying you owe us i told them show us cctv they said our system record only 30 days and i have show them bank statements never try there if anyone does please save recipes for record because this happen to me and and on of my friend .

The blonde lady saves this place. Absolutely lovely service everytime. All other staff members are rude and abrupt. Only go here because it's close to work. That's it.

Everywhere I look it says 24/7. Got there at 01.30, was told that everything except the hole in the wall was closed until 05.00.Should be posted somewhere, guy behind the glass didn't care.
