Allow me to update this review!! Please run out of petrol before you use honestly! Never open no real rules to when they open!! Visited at 630pm closed!!! Visited at 9pm CLOSED!Really poor to say it?s a shell avoid at all costs. Staff are extremely rude, it?s frequently not open, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

No gloves, fuel pump shut off didn't work, so fuel oil on forecourt. No toilets. Shell should sort this site out. I won't be going back until they do.

Ignorant rude staff called in today to fill up went inside to pay staff in a intense conversation about a holiday in Tenerife stood like a spare part wanting to pay for fuel staff member made eye contact with me but on went the holiday review until I asked if they minded while I paid for fuel conversation still carried on. Only use shell fuel but never ever experienced such rude ignorance don?t understand how this station stays open unless your a farmyard animal AVOID

The door was locked and had closed sign , I walked to the window to find out when opening.. the Sales assistant behind the Counter totally ignored me and walked off.... I left and went up to the next Garage .. while getting served had 3 more people in saying the other garage was closed. Not only did I find the Assistant's behaviour Rude, You are loosing business too.

Was passing through this station at night 1:09am went in for coffee ?? and the guy on counter told me I can?t sell hot drinks at this hour.

Very unhelpful staff, refuse to take collect plus items every time and have used every excuse under the sun. Too late, bring it in the morning, did that and was told to bring it in the afternoon. They are so unhelpful, not sure why collect plus offer this service from here, they obviously don't want to do it!

Manager is awful! Every time I go in she goes out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible and seen her have numerous arguments with customers for no fault of their own!

Never used this place for anything other than Yodel (as the prices are too high). There are a couple of friendly staff.However I?ve tried using the Yodel drop off here, and quite often they are either too full to accept the parcel or have issues with the printer (either errors or they haven?t got any paper for it?). At a minimum a sign could be put up saying something as the queues are often big just to be told they can?t take it.Yodel are so bad that I?ve stopped offering them altogether now and use a company that has drop offs that will actually accept parcels.

A good place to refuel on your journey, check your tyres and grab a coffee. Diesel was cheap as well
