Went to collect a parcel and I arrived at the Manor Top office at 10.03 to be told it was closed. What good is opening from 8.00 - 10.00? Surely longer daily hours could be arranged and as somebody mentioned in a previous review there is no real parking provision made for cars - not an ideal service. Whoever said 'the customer was king'?

Because of their opening hours it's impossible to pick up anything, and even request to deliver to local post office are ignored.

If only I didn?t work normal working hours.. might be able to collect my parcel! Opening hours are a joke and contradictory to signs on site and website. More concerned with strikes rather than delivering mail. Useless

Poor service, awaiting delivery of broadband equipment for an engineer to come and install, it has been rearranged 3 times due to non delivery and no tracking updates. Awful service, but it's what Royal Mail are nowadays. Obviously can't speak to anyone anymore which doesn't help.

Such a poor service, arranged redelivery X3 times and it never left the depot, had to collect today.Why people still use royal mail for parcels is beyond me, such a poor service, please use other couriers.

I received an email saying my parcel was ready to collect. Travelled down to pit lane to be told by the woman behind the counter that my parcel was in a pile with other parcels and she couldn't be bother to look through for mine and that I would have to come back another day.Whats the point of sending emails saying it's ready for collection, if the staff can't be bother to get it ready.Very poor customer service

Went to collect my parcel the following day as instructed on card. Sour faced woman on counter told me she hadn't got time to look through 1000 s of parcels just to find mine and to come back another day. She then followed me out and stood on the the loading bay smoking and on her mobile phone for at least 10 minutes

Arrived at about 11am as I have found earlier times are very busy. Parking is out on side road and limited. Staff were efficient and friendly as I have found to be true on all other occasions.

Staff were polite and we're happy to advise of the delays which Royal Mail customer services have denied. We have not had any post for a week and are now only entitled to weekly deliveries per what we were told at the depot.

As others have said, some posties leave cards when you are home (ie dont knock), then its a crazy pick up location as zero parking on narrow cul de sac, esp if its morning and road is chocca with RM vans! Often closed when it should be open (as managers fail to organise cover) and as others have observed the managers are very rude, unhelpful and have very poor customer service skills. Disappointing as give RM a bad name.
