I wish I would give them 0 start.I received a mail on 4th January saying my parcel will be delivered on 5th of January between 10:30-12:30.Since then I didn?t receive anything from them.I tried contacting them but no response.They didn?t bother to deliver that to me. No mail of sending the parcel back to where it came from, or nothing.It?s so pathetic that they can?t even handle parcel properly and deliver on their said date or at least contact effective with their customers. I think these are very basic things for a delivery company to do.They should definitely work on their communication. Entire thing is very stressful for me and now I have to wait for my parcel to reach the location it came from and wait for getting a refund for the company I ordered things from..

I have been waiting from 09:00am for a delivery, at 11:00am I got a notification saying the delivery has failed.The post person didn't even try to deliver the parcel, I have been in my garden and in my kitchen waiting and waiting, whoever was on delivery in my area today they are lazy and shouldn't be working for royal mail, it's not the first time this has happened either.I'm not happy, I have family over and their dogs in the garden and nobody even the dogs saw anybody, so maybe next time this post person can do their job properly or find a different one.You know how the post person is supposed to write an attempted delivery note and put it through your letterbox, I don't even have one of those in my post box which is outside my garden.If this continues I will be taking further action against royal mail.

Whenever I have parcels from them the same thing always happens.They refuse to leave my parcel in my safe place then give me a card telling me they will redeliver on the next working day. They then don't bother trying again.I try to arrange a redelivery but the app always gives me an error so I always have to collect in person.

Absolute joke of a delivery centre. Since when did 24hr tracked take a week and a half and still no sign of it... tracking showing it has been sat at this depot for 9 days! Second parcel in the last 2 weeks they have massively delayed.

The staff here are friendly and helpful but the new opening times are rubbish 8-10 on a Monday and then closed during the day on other weekdays, closed on Sundays.

Very disappointed with their service today. Damaged reading overlays I was having delivered by shoving them through the letterbox, and didn't even attempt to deliver another parcel even though I was in. And the red card they left didn't even have a tracking number, so I can't arrange to have it left in a safe place. Absolutely lazy deliverers, and useless website. I can't even arrange to speak to an actual person, because their site is so convoluted. They need to get their act together.

Horrible experience, they didn't even try to open the gate of our block of flats, which was unlocked at the time. They didn't call me either.Now I have to go and pick the package from the delivery office myself.I might as well just go and buy things in store if I have to pick them up anyway.

So they couldn't deliver or leave the parcel... Now I've gotta spend money parking to go get it because they don't even have customer parking.. I wish no company would send parcels with royal mail. Only letters.

Opening times on Google are wrong. Close at 12 on Saturday not 4 . Don?t really understand the point on being open 3 hours , nor do I understand why they?re constantly on strike despite never being at work

Update your opening times online you lazy entitled individuals.Putting a paper on the window with the times like it?s 2001 but you strike for salary increase.Maybe do your job first.
