Just went in to buy 2 things I needed and I was treated amazingly. All the staff were super helpful and friendly but especially Emily, genuinely, I?d give her a 20/10 if I could. She was so nice off the jump and has great customer service and will deffo go back in the future.

Visited yesterday to exchange some items, the young woman that served me on the trade side was helpful but there was a very rude and arrogant older woman that got involved and made me just want to leave and never come back. Won?t be visiting again no matter how desperate I am.

Went in to try and get some advice and assistance on my taps for mixer tap in the kitchen. Served by a bomd hair lady with long black nails who advised me she could not recommend or advise as she was not a plumber. Not the most helpful experience and will go to a plumbers merchants who will support the customer.

Choose product online and paid by PayPal. Email received when item was ready to pick up. Twenty minutes of so. Showed item no on phone to assistant and item was ready to collect.
