I stayed in the old hostel for a weekend while my problems was sorted out and the staff was absolutely brilliant they helped me a lot over the weekend. But come the Monday I finished up in the hospital due to my mental health issues. I can remember it like it was yesterday there was some brilliant chaps in there who kept a eye on me.

Gave food for the homeless an asked for pics once it was served as i wanted to promote helpin the homeless etc few months down the line still no pics very saddened was told someone will be intouch despite me chasing it up nobody got back to me shameful!!

It is definitely not a hotel. It is a shelter. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is busy most of the time. It is very near Sheffield city centre

Staff are bad at there job there itâ??s a disgusting place to be at make rules up as n wen there can Andy maniment lied for resident nicking a phone on his camera stating not one of my residents five mins later one of his residents brung phone bk I went in normal. Come out with mental health issues many thanks
