Customer service almost non existent, ever heard of service with a smile and engage or say thank you to customers?
Groceries and other goods are overpriced in comparison to other retailers.
Cash machine outside almost never working and would suggest been vigilant in checking the machine over before using, as I know of a few people who have had their card details/card stolen by skimming device attached to the machine and then used in another ATM and money withdrawn.
This store has issues with shoplifters and you occasionally see scroats wearing balaclavas on surron electric bikes waiting outside the store.
The car park perimeter is rather dirty, especially beside High Green grill, full of fag ends and the gennel beside it, full of rubbish from either the takeaway or store.
In addition the takeaway regularly disposes of waste water containing grease and chicken waste which overflows or deliberately emptied onto the public accessed gennel beside it.
The owners or management of these stores need to take a pro active approach over the issues mentioned.
I?m sure I?m not the only customer who has noticed these problems and it?s unhygienic and definitely puts me off from returning to these stores.

Good shop, pleasant staff. Bit on the pricey side but very convenient for the large range of groceries etc available. Really wish that they would reinstate the inside seats for their elderly or infirm customers. I count myself as one of them. I need a sit down before walking back home. Need to be mindful of cars when walking through the car park as the crossing markings have worn away and car drivers don't always notice.

Apparently according to staff here you can only use a fraction of your nectar points towards a purchase but yet when I contacted customer services you CAN use your whole points balance doe this store make its own rules up??? I won't be using this store ever again they are full BS

Great local convenience but irks somewhat how the prices are demonstrably higher than a larger Sainsbury?s supermarket.Clean, well kept, car park, disabled access, cash machine, Argos collection point. Staff mostly friendly, Maureen is just the best!

DON'T EVER USE THIS STORE FOR Argos CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS.I collected an order on Weds 31st May. I needed to return some of the items and as per the info on the Argos website I took them back to this store on Friday 2nd June around 10am.The woman who appeared to be in charge took one look at me and said "you can't return those here" - no explanation, no offer of further help. I pointed out that the Argos website said I could, she said "yes I know what the website says but it's wrong, we don't have space". Strange when there was space to have the items delivered 2 days before....I challenged her again, she started to get angry and said "we accept clothes but nothing bigger". I responded that it sounded like she was making up her own rules. This obviously hit a raw nerve as she then got really angry almost shouted that she wasn't making up the rules and walked off!What if I'd lived locally to this store, didn't have my own transport and had chosen to have my order delivered here in case I needed to return items?This is totally unacceptable behaviour, Sainsbury/Argos need to have a serious word with this employee. I certainly won't be collecting any more Argos orders or doing any shopping at this store.

Smallish local store has limited stock,but has general everyday items, some a little expensive, but OK if you want an easy local store for a small shop or forgotten items,Staff overall friendly and helpful

A bit on the small size so only has the more common items. A little weirdly laid out if you aren't a regular things can be awkward to find but the staff are always more than helpful.

Went in this evening about 5.15pm and there was 2 20 somethings buying a bottle of beer and a magazine and neither of them wore masks! I asked the server why they were being served without masks and her reply was ?I never ask them to? my reply was ?you bloody should or it?s never going to go away? grrrrrrr!
