Standard supermarket experience. Adequate parking, disabled access (travelator and or lift), mostly self scan checkouts, fewer staff on the shop floor, often only one manned checkout. Prices mostly a little higher than budget stores, thought possibly a better range of products. Note many household electrical goods are sold through Argos in store.

Sainsbury?s is now my preferred shop to do our weekly food shopping. They have a large range of halal options that I haven?t seen in other supermarkets (including ready meals).

Terrible place. The security guard is a complete creep. I had to stop shopping here completely because of this. Used to pop in with my puberty-age niece and he'd follow us around every single time, she told me when she goes on her own she gets followed by him too, and says he stares at her and it just feels really odd. I mention this as I have heard he does the exact same thing with many other young women and girls, even a worker who I won't disclose the name of mentioned to my nieces friend he follows young girls around the shop all the time. Multiple people I know and know of agree that he does this. It's unfair, he makes young girls feel creeped out and singled out unfairly. He is also very very old and I don't believe he is a good fit to be in a security role like that. Sad to see the Sainsbury's team doesn't seem to care and willingly let's this happen. Not good enough and quite disgusting to be honest.

The entrance and exit of this shop is a bit of a challenge some days.
you have to use your receipts to exit the self server section. This is okay but if the machine doesn't work you get a small build up of people all trying to exit .
