Ok selection, all the essentials. Prices are generally quite high but some items are price matched with Aldi.

Easily the worst shopping experience you?ll ever have, the store manager has no clue what he is doing most of the time, experiences nothing but a frankly rubbish attitude from him, false information, literally the worst customer service I?ve ever seen, the rest of the staff is fine but if I was Sainsbury?s I?d seriously get someone who can do their job properly.
Not to mention that I had been overcharged from my food shop, when I came back to the store to resolve this and get my refund, I had been given information about when my refund would return which is false, I returned numerous times for the same issue just to told the same thing again and again, the store manager proceeded to treat me like I was the problem when all I wanted was my money back. But if you tell him the truth about the information he gave, it only bring more negative attitude out of him. Even when I had rang customer service and they informed me that there information he had given me was false ( so it?s not even like I called out his lies with no evidence or without speaking someone else regarding the issue)
I?ve now been banned from the store and had no refund. When speaking to neighbours and other people within the area that shop there they also had complaints regarding the staff and their lack of customer service, especially the store manager.
Can?t believe that this has even been allowed to happen , money essentially taken from me wrongly just to ban me afterwards.

when packing deliveroo orders clearly says substitute item if not available i.e 2 pint of milk they never get orders correct on deliveroo i think they dont understand what substitute item if not available means . I called store do you have any milkj they reply yes got loads in , i ask so why not put milk in then and respond they have no idea and do it all time on diffrent items . reading english should be a main part of the job when packing a persons delivery order

Convenient Go there a few times a week. Have most things considering it's so small even fresh bread. Staff always very friendly and helpful.
