I genuinely wouldn?t look anywhere else for flooring.. Sam & Duncan are an absolute dream to work with; forthcoming with advice that you just wouldn?t get from a larger retailer - they are experts and so friendly with it. I?m on my 3rd room being fitted by them. Prices are very fair and the quality and service is second to none.

Great service from start to finish. I'm not good at making decisions and Sam put up with me coming in and out of the shop on a very regular basis, taking lots of samples and changing my mind more than once. She remained patient and was always willing to go through the choices with me, make suggestions and advise on the most affordable way to get what I wanted. We ended up buying our shutters from S11 as well and got the same service from Duncan. Definitely recommend, great personal service.

An excellent service all round. We wanted new kitchen flooring and there were plenty of samples to choose from. Measuring and fitting all went efficiently and we are delighted with the result. Would highly recommend.

Sam and her team supplied/fitted two bedroom carpets and a stair runner at our cottage . From first calling into the shop, to visiting us to measure up, supplying us with samples and finally to Martin and Jordan fitting, all went perfectly. Martin was very diligent to stop and show us options as he templated the stair runner. The outcome is testament to how they all approached it.Many Thanks

This is a first class business which operates with efficiency, experience and knowledge - a rarity in this day and age. The order was for a Flotex replacement kitchen floor. Appointments were met, samples were delivered, the fitters were on time despite the freezing temperature and did an excellent job. Highly recommended *****

We have now had 3 large areas carpeted by Sam & her team! All varying budgets but completed on time and excellent customer service! I love the ideas Sam suggests and it takes away all the hassle! Her team of fitters & joiners doing a very thorough job ! Would definitely recommend and use their services again!

Great shopping experience, friendly and welcoming. We were lent samples so we could think about which carpet we wanted. Excellent communication about date andtime for fitting. Carpet well fitted by a very experienced fitter who worked very hard all day. I am still smiling every time I look at the carpet!
