Got all letter bc my dog jumped out the window to the post man but since she was a puppy he used to wind her up posting them and pulling them out the letter box so it's disgusting bc it's there own fault

Absolutely disgusting the attitude of the staff are appalling and rude. They park in disabled spots and argue with customers. If possible avoid this branch!!

I very much regret that I have first-hand direct experience of the imcompetence of this delivery office and the complaints handling by the Chief Executive Office.There are issues about the dependability of their delivery services. Numerous letters, magazines have never turned up and several Signed For items HAVE ARRIVED at this office, then disappear into thin air to me. The latest item was a hard drive / an expensive unit, that was confirmed to have been given to a driver for immediate delivery. It was NOT delivered and now Royal Mail just glibly state it has been LOST. I would akso add OR STOLEN!I made a personal visit to this office and categorically told that they had my package, that the driver had loaded it on the van. It never turned up! I was assured the manager would call me from the delivery office, this never materialised - I was just ignored. No explanation provided.Royal Mail executive office could really not careless. ANYONE WHO HAS HAD ANY PROBLEMS please EMAIL the CEO directly, let him know of misdelieries, losses etc. SEARCH "ROYAL MAIL CEO EMAIL" (cannot add email address on here...or I would have).Systematically Royal Mail is providing an atrocious service. Don't expect any compensation for their failings - they avoid at all cost paying out for lost items, let alone paying anything for the inconvenience.I am sure the deteriorating services will continue.Next step: to raise a complaint with the Postal Review Panel (who are part of Royal Mail). I expect that will be a complete waste of time too.This review will be updated. 02/03/23

Absolute joke. I clearly left a note to leave my parcel in a safe place but took it back to the sorting office. Then I couldn't collect it the next day due to strike action. The only people they are affecting is their customers and without us there's no job, good luck with that. Next time I order something Royal Mail will not be delivering it !

Garbage customer service, the lack of communication is staggering considering they deal in the communication industry!Opening times to pick up undelivered parcels are a joke! How the hell are the public who work supposed to get to your depot when you close at 14.00?Your postmen constantly ignore my requests to leave my parcel in a safe place, leaving me with the hassle of having time off to go collect something I?ve paid to be delivered! An absolute joke, no wonder you?re having to strike to get more pay, let?s hope your union uses DPD to deliver the ballot papers, if it?s in house, you?ll be buggered!!

Clearly left details to leave my parcel in a safe place, this was ignored and taken back to the delivery office, however when I came to collect was closed due to the strike protests so I couldn?t collect my parcel which was an urgent repair part for my washing machine, why do this when they know this is going to be the case??, also the opening hours are ridiculous, how are working people expected to collect their parcels?? Rather rude staff in the DO, will argue the toss if you don?t have your red delivery card, even though I have ID that clearly states my name and address, terrible service
