Yesterday had a tracked letter Pu t through the letter box that was not ours. The only similarity to the correct address and ours was the house number and the same village. I delivered the letter to the correct address.AA few days after Christmas I got a note from the postman to say that there as an item that needed collecting from the above office. The office is only open for two hours until 10 am. After fighting the rush hour the said item looked like a card that the sender had used the old type stamps. We needed to pay£4.50 to get the item. We refused. Will the post office pay me £4.50 to deliver their mistake. So much for TRACKED ITEMS. I don't think so!!!

Completely pointless delivery office. How can you expect customers to be able to effectively use your service if you are open for barely 2 hours (8-10am) during morning rush hours when people have jobs, kids, school etc?I rushed here to collect a parcel that online tracking said was to be collected from North delivery office. Arrived, and was told it was actually at the West office and the tracking was wrong. Now I have to take time out another morning to rush to the West office before it closes at 10am because of Royal Mail?s incompetence. The worst bit is the sender of the parcel had paid for 1st class next day, and that was 2 weeks ago

The parcel pickup spot is pretty basic. You go, show your stuff, get your package. It's like, regular, ya know? Nothing fancy, just does the job. If you're cool with plain and simple, it's your go-to for grabbing your delivered goodies.

Lovely and always helpful staff. It?s just, I don?t have a chance to see them anymore since you are opened 8-10am! Thought that?s google error but no, just the Royal Mail reality.

Can't fault the staff at all. Very helpful indeed. The opening hours are a waste of time for customers and royal mail staff. It clearly leads to issues and complaints. Rjere weee 2 people in front of me who both had complaints. I really want to support royal mail but the service has slipped

They've reduced their opening hours to 8-10 Mon to Friday, 8-12 Saturday and Sunday closed. Pathetic opening times if you work Mon to Friday. Now not only are that useless at managing to deliver to your home, they've made it difficult to collect. Not a agreat "delivery" service

Closes at four, useless to anyone that works full-time, absolutely useless. Wouldn't even have to visit if the posty would just knock instead of not bothering to do the job properly.

Staff could do with some customer care training.!!!!
