I went for a trim. The stylist have completey ruined my beautiful long hair I walked out of salon crying. I am still in shock and very very sad at how my hair was cut. The stylist didn't even know how to blend layers. I don't recommend themand I will never ever go to them again.

I didn't obtain the colour or cut I wanted, and I feel that the price was over the top for what I had.I wouldn't go again and wouldn't advise anyone else to go.The response from the owner is what I expected given my experiance.The choice of burying your head or apologising is all the difference in customer care and it is quite clear from the response that customer service is secondary.Fortunately there are many hairdressers that will provide both customer care and a good service.
