Had a great deep tissue back massage, booked pretty much last minute online. Very friendly and helpful staff. Massage room was clean and relaxing. Very much recommend coming here for a massage.

Damaged my face badly. Refused to take any responsibilty despite evidence. Prior to this I was a loyal and longstanding client. I am horrified and appalled at being offered no refund and no compensation. Even been threatened by the owner not to make this public. I choose to remain annoymous but this a real and honest review .Be wary you too could be treated this way.

Called in yesterday to enquire and book appointment for an anti aging facial. The receptionist did not knowWhich treatments were availableWhat prices areWhere the leaflets wereWhen asked about the treatments said she had no idea.Initially didn't even know the name of the shop and then remembered and pronounced it wrongly.When asked what was best to do to find out the above she said she had no idea. When I asked was there a website she said that thought so.I had wanted to book a series of treatments but will definitely now not do that. No confidence in a beauty shop that does not train it's staff. Very very poor customer service.
