I had double dose of hayfever vaccine it didn’t even touch me. I’ve been contact them first. They said it will work within four weeks. It never did nothing to me. I have they promised me to prescribe some hayfever tablets n that’s never been done. I’ve been giving bosses email to email him to make some enquiry and talk to him. I’ve been ignored totally never receive no response and I’ve been demanded to do another dose and pay for it which the double door didn’t even work on me so why would I have to do it again I think just rip off the money and never gonna be back again. Very very very very terrible service.

My third or fourth year getting the hay fever injection. It's always been an efficient process with the Clinic, and the staff are extremely lovely and polite. Couldn't ask for better.

I recently had a hayfever injection at the Sheffield clinic, after struggling with severe seasonal allergies that weren’t responding well to antihistamines and nasal sprays. Within a few days, I noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. My sneezing, itchy eyes, and constant runny nose were greatly reduced, making it much easier to enjoy being outdoors during pollen season.
The injection itself was quick and relatively painless. The effects lasted for several weeks, which was much more convenient than taking medication every day. I also experienced better sleep and improved concentration because my allergy symptoms were no longer disrupting my daily routine.

I booked the appointment while at work. I attended at 2:15. Had a consultation and with in 15 minutes I had the injection(on the same day). Really easy process the staff were lovely, polite and helpful . I wish I did it sooner would highly recommend. Thank you I will be back.

Staff are great, the steroid treatment for hayfever started working within 30 minutes, for the first time in 19 years I’m going to be able to enjoy the summer!
