They offer a permanent straightening treatment which is a total lie. It's more of a frizz ease process. Like a deep conditioning. I still needed to straight my hair after each wash and when I told them about it, they said there is no treatment that straighten your hair without need to use straightener. Then don't call it permanent straightening you are just misleading people.

Ruby cut styled and finished my hair lovely, will try and choose her again. The atmosphere in the salon was very pleasant and I felt comfortable throughout.
