Had some vinyl floor laid and it took six weeks after paying for it for it to be fitted - poor communication from the company.Now it has been fitted it has wrinkled in parts, it lifts up when being vacuumed and I was charged for two door bars that weren't even fitted! I contacted the shop but the matter hasn't been resolved to my satisfaction. Very unprofessional and uncaring company. I won't use them again and cannot recommend them at all.

My experience with Pyramid Carpets was really positive.I got every room measured last year and held on file (which was a quick and painless process), and this year I popped to the showroom and Dane was very helpful when it came to picking a hall carpet that would make my mid terrace warmer.It was a good price and the deposit/final payment the day before was explained clearly.The fitters turned up on time and worked quickly and neatly. They took away the old carpet as part of the price, which was very helpful, and I'm very pleased with the final result, which feels so soft under-foot. I'm looking forward to having them back to do my lounge soon, and already have an idea of cost as Dane helpfully gave me some rough costs based on a few different ranges I'd seen.

These guys were great. I need?d my living room carpeted . I only moved into a council flat so my budget was small, Joe was very helpful and got me a good deal as i had been to another carpet shop where the quote was higher than expected and didn?t feel like my needs were met.There was plenty carpet to chose from in a beautiful showroomHighly recommend business

We could not fault the service provided by Pyramid. Joe from the sales department was extremely helpful and patient without being "pushy". The order was promptly delivered and well fitted.When a manufacturing problem became apparent, Joe and colleague Alison dealt instantly with the manufacturer and the issue was very quickly resolved to our satisfaction.A very customer friendly company who we would not hesitate to use again and would happily recommend to others.

Well, where do I start?? 25 10 23Today we had new vinyl flooring and carpet fitted in our property. To say we are pleased is an understatement.Not only was our installer Dean, an amazing character having over 35 years? experience to call on when problems arise, which they did frequently on this job, he battled on regardless alone.We were able to offer only minimal assistance as would be labourers to our team leader, and fought alongside Dean on the uphill battle.He arrived on time after the customary phone call advising an estimated time. As he unloaded the van of its cargo, we were surprised to see only one body rushing around doing this and that.Asking if help was on its way, Dean advised us it was him alone to do battle.Being a consummate professional and letting nothing phase him, he went to work.6 long hours he battled on removing carpet after carpet, metal spike sticks everywhere, and nails too numerous to count.Complain he did not, we helped along as needed sweeping and pushing and pulling as he requested, as various items were moved around.Time after time, problem after problem he conquered, until finally in the late afternoon today we heard the words?I?m done ??Great ?we said, ?can we look??Going back to the beginning sentence, amazing was not the right word.Not only looking the bees? knees, but tidy, clean and all the rubbish bagged and ready to go.We looked over it together with Dean, and he insisted should there be any problem, give them a call, and I will sort it.We are surprised to see some reviewers being not happy?..Perhaps they either expect too much, or simply do not have a clue what skill and experience it takes to create a lovely looking job, working all alone at that.Minor problems like things not quite fitting after an install are to be expected and should be planned and perhaps budgeted for.After all, a £500.00 install that carried along a joiner at £150.00 a day for repairs, would put this company out of business.?Oh no? my doors don?t fit ? ?..?suddenly the ( oh it?s really cheap here ) carpet is getting very expensive isn?t it ??After all, Pyramid carpets are a carpet company, and not a general builder.They specialise in, and achieve good results by their choice of staff, polite and courteous, above all else they have experience in all matters flooring.So, what if they are self-employed, surely this makes the fitters better then most, as their homes and families depend on them to bring home the money.NO GOOD>>>>>NO JOB>>>easy ?.!!!!Stop moaning and start praising, after all, could you do what was done today?NO, I thought not.Top marks Dean, top marks.

Customer service has really gone down hill, 1 of their fitters is a subcontractor and I don?t know why he bothers as he had an awful attitude, was made to pay for carpets upfront when previously it was half and then half on completion so when I needed a refund due to the fitter refusing to fit my carpet I then had to wait 4 days for my refund and that was only because I chased it up. Think I?d still be waiting

A brilliant service from beginning to end. Thorough and knowledgable advice. Very patient and caring and the fitting of carpets and flooring was unimpeachable. I would highly recommend thew service we got from everybody but particularly Bradley.

After spending 4.5k on flooring for 6 areas, I expect my house to be left the same way the fitter found it, all the kitchen kickboards weren't put back on after the job was completed and as I've tried to put them back on myself I've discovered they no longer fit, I wasn't even told about this, called pyramid and they said they don't deal with things like that, absolutely shocking won't be using them again and regret using them in the first place

Excellent product range and service. We've had a wool carpet for the living room from here and now vinyl floor tiles for the kitchen diner. Wood effect in herringbone style. We picked what we liked, and they recommended a better value option. We chose a middle ground for realistic wood effect and price. The installation service is great. Make sure your screed is dry 1mm per day for liquid screed. They ensured we had this in place before the final floor was installed.
