I purchased a ring for my pets ashes from across the pond in Canada, communication was soo easy and she helped me with ideas when I got stuck, my ring came yesterday and it is stunningly beautiful and way nicer then I expected it to be !!

Collected our 4th order today from Kathryn. Previously we had ordered hand/footprint charms and bracelets but today we collected something no-one should have to have; ashes jewellery in memory of our baby.
Kathryn went above and beyond to ensure our items were made to spec. She sourced rings made from a specific material and design we had seen and she experimented with new designs before going ahead with the actual ashes.
We are absolutely in love with our rings, bear and mini urns.
We wouldn't go anywhere else for ashes or handprint/footprint jewellery xx

I was sent an item nothing like I requested, after sending a picture and asking that the chain goes through the top of the teardrop!
Very little or no communication!
After complaining I?ve been told that I have a beautiful piece of jewellery that?s the right shape and colour that I should be happy!
I would avoid sending precious ashes to prints charming!
