Brilliant well organised clean shop although Till 1 on the 21st december 2021 around 2 o'clock oldish lady cashier needs to retire and get out of retail. One of the worst attitudes I've came across from the older generation in over 5 years. I'm not one to complain on the spot although I did mention it to the cashier who eventually served us. Really letting a great establishment down and not someone I ever wish to meet again. Well done the primark chain though. ?

Today it was an awful time to shop here
12pm It's was extremely hot and sweaty in the store, the air-con was not on!! Which made me feel quite ill.
Also Only 4 checkout operators dealing with a Que snaking 25 meters. After waiting 20 mins I notice a few more checkout operators had been put on. Too slow & too late for me and you lost my sale.
SORT YOUR AIR CON!!
I will only come back WHEN these issues have been sorted out

Disgusting shop. Been 2 Mondays in a row and both times rubbish all over, clothes just dumped everywhere and this was at opening, was definitely not open ready. Domestic assistants just stood around chatting when the shop looks like that. How are rails not spot checked before opening? Jumble sales are more organised.

Went to primark today, wasn't given a receipt by the lady cashier, got home n noticed it wasn't there, clothes (size 16) too small so took back to exchange for (size 18) to be told I need reciept, explained didn't have n got told I need to pay for goods, paid n looked online n says I could have given them bank receipt to show I paid but was never told this was only given an email address, got home to try size 18 jeans on to find they are smaller than the 16 wtf, won't be shopping here again I'll stick to higher priced stores that seem to actually give a shit

Self serve check outs would be great . Staff are always busy chatting to each other than getting queues down . Sometimes you just be in and out.

A lot of items to view. Can get quite busy. Was in a queue but went down and got to the front within 5 mins. Asked a woman at the till how much an item was and she showed me the price tag and said the price sarcastically. Since it was a Halloween item I said yeah has it gone down. She scanned it and it showed it had gone down. I know the price I?m not thick like she probably thought I was? anyways went smoothly but she was super nice to the customer after me so not sure why she was a bit off with me. Even my partner agreed.
