Excellent position great to sit and relax and people watch the latte coffee is by far the best coffee I have had in a very long time I enjoyed my visit so much it's ideal just to relax in the midst of the frenzy of Christmas shopping a very pleasant oasis

When I asked about my order, why not ready, the worker answered: because it is not ready. They have high-quality service. I cancelled my order.

Some of the staff are nice but it's a shame I have had to stop going in as some of the staff are rude and no smiling with service. The making of the drinks is not consistent it's a hit n miss. Sometimes you walk in and the staff look pissed off.

Latte was tasty, The syrup wasnt too overpowering and You can tell the coffee is fresh. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful.

Disappointed by the staff. I ordered a toogoodtogo bag from here. When I arrived for collection, they removed items from the bag because the other staff wanted it for herself. It was the lady who takes order at front desk.Will not be ordering here again due to the staff.

Food is okay. Staffs are inefficient and they are not organised. Needs a good leadership or a good manager to improve. Non working service tills should be shown clearly so that customers will not que at the wrong till. Serving staffs do not want to know anything for the comfort of the customers.
