I went to get some sweets foe cinema, no one at a till so had to use the self serve but when I asked if someone could go on a till so I could use my colleague discount card they refused.

Always great for a quick shop for bits and bobs, snacks, odd cleaning product you need etc. it's usually pretty busy but there a good number of checkouts so the queue normally shifts quickly.

Been in today, 2 women on self checkouts need to, learn how to smile, younger one complaining she wants to go home and face like thunder, older one you ask for help and all you get is a cockey attitude, wow she talks to customers as though they are kids.

Went in tonight to grab some bits (turned into a full shop) went to the till and there are only self service tills open with one girl there to help. This then turned into 2 but still might as well be one person with how slow they were being and rude! The self service tills are a nightmare at the best of times, without needing to scan £80+ worth of shopping. Honestly felt like leaving the whole lot after the 10th time of needing assistance. Morel of the story is make sure they actually have someone on the till before attempting to shop here!!

My favourite Poundland in Sheffield. Spacious, Friendly staff, when I need food too I can get frozen chicken nuggets, bread, milk, fruit. Saves so much time getting essentials. ALSO today I was only going to get a couple things but half way my hands were full, desperately needed a basket AND WOW they had a stack of baskets there ready! Must read people's mind!

Really really horrible supposed manager with a ponytail asked for a price check as admittedly I had picked up the wrong item then when said fair enough not arguing over 75p she got attitude on with me acting as if I was rude when I don't think I was whatever happened to manners won't be shopping in this store again as I thaught it was cheeky
