The staff member on till was as ignorant as the manager she was speaking to on her headset... Took over 5 minutes to return the unopened item... Utter incompetence and willful ignorance

Always bargains to be had lovely and clean and clothes arnt bad either, one thing did concern me and other shoppers in the queue was that the checkout lady was constantly coughing while putting people's shopping through and not sanitising her hands even lady in queue offered her some before she put her shopping through.she said she had some...well use it then!

I like going to this poundland as it's not as busy as the other stores which I like,the store has always been clean when I've gone in , even the clothes section is very tidy an organised ,lovely staff .
