Just to correct some of the older reviews, the woman who served me today, recovering a Parcelforce parcel was extremely friendly and helpful.

Well where do I start. While I feel some empathy for this business owner, I cannot hide my frustration at his lack of communication skills whilst dealing with the general public at this difficult time!He vented his anger at me, because he feels that people are abusing his service as a post office. Had he asked me what it was that I was posting, I would have told him , then he could have said whether it was an ?essential ? item, to be posted, but no he just said that I was abusing the system. I have only come out for one reason only and this is because a lady is losing her hair and she needs to continue treatment!So brothers and sisters, if you can find an alternative friendly post office, PLEASE USE THEM!
