Rude lady at the post office who would rather blame their customers instead of admitting their own mistakes to refuse giving a refund. I took it further to raise a complaint on the post office website and explained my experience with this branch and have offered me a refund and they was sorry about what had happened. I'm not sure I have faith in this branch. It used to be good with the previous owners. The new staff a time before made me go all the way home and back again because they wouldn't provide one piece of tape for something to be posted and at that time they had a large pile of ultra small tape right in front of the counter at extortionate prices. I just drove back and returned as I didn't give in to their ways. I feel it won't be the last of my problems here unfortunately. It hasn't been very good.

Will be going elsewhere. Bad experience. Not worth it for my mental health so it's better to travel further. I will definitely not be coming here again.

Not good customer service and I didn't even get a receipt and I needed proof of purchase. The lady adamantly said she did and accused me of lying. I felt bad.

Doesn?t close at 9 like it says online. Walked all the way there to be told in quite a condescending tone ?no you?ll have to come back when the post office opens tomorrow morning?. Maybe the opening times on the internet should be updated if it shuts at 5 like I was informed in person.
