I looked for some wall tiles at Porcelanosa several months ago. The sales representative, Paige was very kind and helpful. She patiently listened to my requirement. Then she recommended several stylish tiles to me. With her great help, finally I found the suitable tiles for the kitchen and bathroom of my new home. Sometime later, Paige reminded me it was time to arrange the delivery. However, the schedule of my new home was delayed. I could not receive the tiles at the moment. I explained my situation and asked for some grace period. Paige was very considerate. She managed to make the necessary arrangement so that the tiles could be kept in their store until my new home was available. Very impressive and thank you!

Excellent customer service from Ana at Porcelanosa, Sheffield. She was friendly, efficient and professional from the outset and we are so pleased with our bathroom tiles. We received excellent advice on quantity, quality and overall cost and the tiles themselves are excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Professional and friendly service offered by Joanna Harvey at the Sheffield branch.Joanna really supported us with the whole process of picking out the best options for our bathroom and putting together design ideas. She was honest in her approach which we loved. And despite having two very young children with us during our meeting she made us feel very comfortable! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and help from Paige at the Sheffield branch who sourced a toilet seat for our 10 yr old toilet. She advised us on price and when the company was doing a discount. She was very prompt at replying to emails and gave professional customer service.

After a bad experience with Raymond in the Leeds depot not fulfilling his promises & not returning any of our emails or telephone calls for almost a week, I contacted the Sheffield depot & spoke to Paige who was so helpful & apologetic regarding what had happened.She at first tried her best to get to Raymond to deal with the order but unfortunately nothing happened, so in the end she decided that it was for the best that she dealt with our order.Paige was so professional in every way, dealt with all our questions & guided us to what we should be ordering quantity wise, which grout we should choose to go with our selection etc., even sending us photos to look at from their showroom in Sheffield.She answered all my emails & returned my calls promptly, she was a pleasure to deal with & Raymond definitely needs to take a leaf out of her book when it comes to dealing with customers who want to spend their money with Porcelanosa

Purchased bathroom tiles from Porcelanosa in Leeds from sales assistant Raymond Wood. His knowledge of the product and help in calculating the correct amount we needed of each style (we used two different matching patterned tiles) was most helpful. We are delighted with our new bathroom look and highly recommend the service we received from Ray. Although the tiles were ready for delivery on the agreed date we had to reschedule due to a delay in our work schedule. We contacted Ray who very helpfully rearranged the delivery date to suite our needs. Great product and service. Many thanks.

Incredible experience today at Porcelanso Sheffield. We went to visit today to choose tiles for our new build home and was just gathering information. We met Nabil who was outstanding - one of the kindest and most friendly gentleman I have ever met. He knew we were not purchasing anything today but he gave us so much time and recommendations that he honestly made the experience memorable. He is exceptional and invaluable to the company - would only buy any future tiles from him. Thank you so much.

I had a very good experience buying tiles in Porcelanosa in Sheffield. Mr Nabil was very helpful and supportive. We had to reschedule delivery couple times due to our new build house not being finished but stock was held for us and delivered without any issues. I'd highly recommended asking for Mr Nabil when buying tiles in this store!

Good service and helpful staff. I was needing some tiles for some renovation job. Staff happily offered me a sample tile to compare. Staff managed to get this from there warehouse in Doncaster despite Christmas period. They respond well to emails and telephone queries. Good collection of tiles. Would definitely recommend if you are tile shopping in South Yorkshire.
