Orderd and recieved food in 1 minute. Pizza was cold as it was pre made ready to go. The chips were fresh and hot total dissapointment dont waste your time here.

Best shopping mall in sheffield. As most off the big cities have there biggest shopping malls outside the cities this is the same mall like that. If you are coming for the first time to this mall, take maps of the entire mall at the entrance otherwise it takes lot of time to come out . It clearly shows which stores, restaurents etc are avaiable where and which floor clearly in this map. The most busy place on weekends is this in sheffield. You get wide range of items over here as you individual find biggest retails also over here in sheffield.

The fastest place for food! The order was ready in not even a minute for 3 pizzas! ?
Absolutely delicious may I add!
The staff was friendly, smiling and helpful.
Not a lot of places to eat downstairs at the weekend but always space upstairs.
11 out of 10 for service and taste! Would definately come back again! Well done on really good customer service and delicious pizza's ???

Well just went here and didnt have no issues, all the staff were so helpful and polite, my food came out freshly prepared and was piping hot and lovely to eat! The young staff couldn't do enough for me as I asked for a few extra sauces to go with my meal and persisted to make sure everything was tip top before I left to sit down! Will definitely be going back here!

I wish there is no star choice to choose.
It was a disappointing experience. We went with my kids to have pizza after shopping. It was greasy and cold my husband asked them make fresh order or refund. They call the security and they escorts us out , they kept the receipt. The staff looks like school kids very rude no customer service skills,
Never ever go back there again.

One of the worst pizza I ever had, toppings are not spread out evenly in every slice, they are just thrown on pizza. And crust was bubbly and crispy. Not on cheese burst I would expect.

Food is good but service can be pretty lengthy and not really a designated waiting area so you're left to languish about nearby trying not to get in people's way. Atmosphere is also not great, food hall is quite loud and hard to find seating

Got food here multiple times, service is always outstanding, especially by Abi who often immediately greets me and makes me feel welcome whilst making me aware of the special options and new additions to the menu. Furthermore, the food is always prepared promptly and with great care so shoutout to the back of house team for this. I will be coming back time and time again.

Asked for empty cup she charged me £1.50 for an empty cup here she need to get some customer service training her attitude very bad . I will not be spending my money there again

If you like a long wait cold unseasoned seasoned fries and luckwarm pizza then this is the place for you.However if you like hot food and some seasoning on your fries then go elsewhere.
