No card, cash only!
No service as you?ve got to do on your phone so literally all they do is come throw the food at you.
Go elsewhere for much better service and nicer food

Meadowhall: ordered nearly £20 worth of food and only 1 item was hot. Having waited 10 minutes, I assume they were cooking that item. Sadly that was grease laden. My little girl wouldn?t eat any of hers and I decided to ask for a refund. I had eaten less than half of the small personal sized pizza I had for myself. So I returned well over 75% of the meal. I asked for the manager, which caused some confusion. Not sure why.
?The manager? told me she couldn?t refund me and she would give me an email to send my refund request too.
She went in the back and which two other members of staff from the back could be clearly seen staring, pointing and discussing me. One mouthed something which I?m certain was about my ethnicity, but don?t want to go down that route.
I told the ?manager? she should tell her staff to be a little more subtle next time and left. When I attempted to email (it was an hand written email address) the email bounced back! I found the email eventually. The particular chain didn?t reply back to their own company for 3 days, to confirm I had returned items.
When I said I wanted to escalate the complaint I?ve been told I can?t as I?ve accepted a refund. I haven?t they don?t have my bank details.
I did, in the end mention the racial element and they have offered me a £20 voucher that can?t be used with any other offer or deal!!!! I mean really! Just disappointed and generally disgusted! And they can?t claim
They don?t know that I haven?t received my refund as they asked me to supply my bank details in the same email! Astounded

Atrocious prices for what it is. Horrible quality, pizza going cold while eating. Unlimited salad? Who needs that? Chicken wings are disgusting. We were wondering why is it totally empty on a Friday night but we know exactly why... never again

One of the quieter Pizza Huts I have been to, great staff. Card only and mobile ordering. Has taken the edge off pizza hut, but the food is still the same.

Very expensive for what it is. £20 per person for a small pizza, over cooked chips, unlimited salad (which could be bought for a fraction of the cost) and unlimited watered down drinks! Not my idea of good value for money!

I just don?t think they?re bothered!! Phoned up in the week to book a table as there was six of us, told us they don?t take book ins only walk ins, got there today and they asked if we?d booked! We told them that we were told we couldn?t book, and only walk ins! We asked if we could wait, they girl wasn?t even slightly bothered and said that we could but it?d be well over an hours wait!! Just shambolic, not bothered and no customer service skills at all!! I?ll just not bother anymore!!! Cheers for nothing!!

Food good, but massively overpriced. Walked in to be told you must book on app. Waitress pleasant enough, but just came and put glasses down and then food with little interaction. No atmosphere at all. Definitely won't go back, very poor experience ?!!

It doesn't feel/taste like a fresh pizza(Dominos), instead, it's equivalent to a frozen pizza from Tesco. The cost to quantity is wrong as well. For example, you charge over £5 for some garlic spread on some pieces of bread!
